    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To treat garbage while suppressing malodor evolution by carrying out physical and forcible dewatering of garbage, then freezing and pulverizing dewatered garbage, and after that vacuum-removing water of the frozen and pulverized garbage. SOLUTION: After a throwing inlet 12 of a first treatment tank 100 is opened and garbage is thrown to a dewatering tank 20 of a centrifugal dewatering apparatus 2, the throwing inlet 12 is closed and the centrifugal dewatering apparatus 2 is started to rotate the dewatering tank 20 and forcibly carry out dewatering the garbage in the inside. Next, a cooling apparatus 3 is started to freeze the resultant garbage in the dewatering tank 20 and after that, the frozen garbage is dropped out by opening a bottom cover 22 and a pulverizing apparatus 4 is started to finely pulverize the frozen garbage during the time when the garbage is passing the apparatus 4 and the resultant garbage is dropped to a second treatment chamber 11. Then, a vacuum pump 6 is started to keep the inside of the garbage treatment tank 1 at decreased pressure atmosphere and consequently the water in the frozen garbage is evaporated by sublimation and the garbage is dried. In this case, evaporation may properly be accelerated by a heating apparatus 5.

Menthone and pulegone are volatile and fragrant materials.     • PURPOSE:To always achieve a quick effect for odor as a whole while eliminating unpleasantness after reaction with higher deodorizing effect by adding refined vegetable oils to a deodorant using effective deodorizing components to be obtained from plants. CONSTITUTION:Plants such as oxalis, houttuynia and forsythia are employed and effective deodorizing components extracted from organs such as leaves, leaf stems, fruits, stalks, roots and barks of the plants are used as main components. Glyoxal is added as required and refined vegetable oils are added as requisite components. The refined vegetable oils herein used are one or a combination of two or more selected from a group of abies oil, citrinella oil, lavender oil, lime oil, rose oil and the like and is contained preferably at a rant of 0.0001-0.1% by capacity for the deodorant. This provides a deodorant which always assures a quick effect and produces no unpleasentness in smelling after reaction along with a higher deodorizing effect.
