    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a placing and laying floor panel capable of efficiently preventing wiring failure by visibility, by imparting strength and impact resistance on a high level in a well-balanced state.
SOLUTION: This floor panel 10 is composed of nine square panel pieces in total including four panel pieces 1 to 4 positioned in a corner part, four panel pieces 5 to 8 adjacent to these panel pieces 1 to 4 and constituting an outer peripheral area, and a panel piece 9 adjacent to these panel pieces 5 to 8 and positioned in a central part. The adjacent panel pieces are integrally molded by a crystalline resin made amorphous in a state of being mutually connected via a hinge part H. Since this floor panel 10 is composed of the crystalline resin but is made amorphous, strength is relatively large, and impact resistance is improved. Due to having transparency, a wiring state can be confirmed from an upper part of the panel pieces.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a kenaf composite board having excellent strength and surface smoothness even when the board is formed in a light weight.
SOLUTION: The kenaf composite board comprises kenaf fiber layers 2 arranged and formed on surfaces of both sides of a timber veneer 1. The layer 2 is formed of multiple kenaf long fibers 3 each having a length of 20 mm or more and thermosetting resin entangled with each other. The layer 2 is connected to the veneer 1. The layer 2 for constituting a front layer is formed by entangling the fibers 3 each having a fiber length of 20 mm or more and fixed by the thermosetting resin. Even when the layer 2 is formed in the light weight, the layer 2 has the excellent strength and surface smoothness.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the sound-insulative capacity by forming a ventilation part and a non-ventilation part between counterposed surface panels and arranging porous board so as to make a detour of an air passage in the ventilation part. SOLUTION: Air vents 2 of counterposed surface panels 21 are connected by an air passage 20 to form a ventilation part 11 and a porous sound-absorbing material 3 is changed between the panels 21 to form a non-ventilation part 12. In this way, a soundproof door is constituted. In this time, porous boards 1 are arranged so as to make a detour of the air passage 20, between the panels 21 in the ventilation part 11 to lengthen the path of sound waves propagated through the air vent 2 and attenuate the waves and also absorb the sound through the boards 1. When necessary, a laminated sound-absorbing body 31 that a layer 5 applied with a powdery material is laminated at the outside surface of the sound-absorbing material 3 arranged at both faces of the non-woven cloth 4 is filled in between the panels 21 of the non- ventilation part to absorb sound in the powdery layer 5 and further absorb a part of high frequency sound through the sound-absorbing material 3 and the non-woven cloth 4. In hits way, the sound-insulative capacity can be increased and the detour of the air passage can be easily formed and further, as it is light-weight and thin, the handling property at the execution can be improved.
