    • PURPOSE: To provide a composite transfusion containing a reducing sugar, physiological amino acid and electrolyte at specific balanced ratio, excellent from nutritional viewpoint, and capable of suppressing the browning phenomenon.
      CONSTITUTION: The objective composite transfusion essentially resistant to discoloration can be prepared by using a reducing sugar (e.g. glucose, maltose, etc.), physiological amino acids, and electrolytes of the table I at ratios and amounts shown in the table. The concentration product of the reducing sugar and amino acid is preferably 7W25, especially 12W24 to improve the stability of the transfusion. The pH of the transfusion is preferably 4.0W6.0. It can be prepared according to the method used in the preparation of transfusion or injections, and may be sterilized by heating. Since the transfusion can be used as it is without combining with other agent, various problems caused by the combined use, e.g. variation of pH, contamination with microorganisms and foreign materials, etc., can be avoided.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of a browning phenomenon or peroxide, by receiving a medical primary container having air permeability filled with an infusion agent composed of a specific aqueous solution in a secondary packing container impervious to oxygen along with a deoxidizing agent. CONSTITUTION:A primary container such as a bottle or bat made of a synthetic resin having air permeability is field with an infusion agent composed of an aqueous solution containing amino acid or the like or an O/W type emulsion containing highly unsaturated fatty acid and received in a secondary packing container, which is made of a three-layer laminate film having a biaxially stretched film whose oxygen permeability is 1.0cc/m /24hr or less at 20 deg.C at relative humidity of 60% as an intermediate layer, along with a deoxidizing agent. Whereupon, the interior of the secondary packing container is held to a low oxygen state and, even when the primary container received therein has air permeability, invading oxygen is little and the concn. of molecular oxygen in the infusion agent does not become high. Therefore, the formation of a browning phenomenon or peroxide can be prevented even when the infusion agent is preserved over a long period of time.

CONSTITUTION:A primary container such as a bottle or bag made of a synthetic resin having air permeability is filled with an infusion solution composed of an aqueous solution containing amino acid and reducing sugar and received in a secondary packing container, which is made of a three-layer laminate film having a biaxially stretched vinylon film whose oxygen permeability is 1.0cc/m /24hr or less at 20 deg.C at relative humidity of 60% as an intermediate layer, along with a deoxidizing gent. Whereupon, the interior of the secondary packing container is held to a low oxygen state and, even when the primary container received therein has gas permeability, the concn. of molecular oxygen in the infusion solution does not become high. Therefore, even when the infusion solution is preserved over a long period of time, it can be prevented that Maillard reaction is promoted thereby to generate browning.
