摘要： PURPOSE:To measure the displacement of a pipe line highly accurately by coupling a traveling body being hauled by a cable with an inertial sensor through a bendable coupling so that the inertial sensor is not affected in the hauling direction of cable. CONSTITUTION:A bendable rope 22 couples the central part B at the rear end of a body 18 having wheels 20 and running through a pipe line 10 with the central part A at the front end of a casing 14 having wheels 16 and covering an inertial sensor 12. A hauling cable 26, having one end fixed to the front end of the traveling body 18, is wound around a cable winding reel 24 on the outside of outlet 10B of the pipe line 10. Since the sensor 12 is run from an inlet 10A to the vicinity of the outlet 10B in order to calculate the displacement of the pipe line from a reference position at the time of embedment thereof, the cable 26 sags at the time of hauling to exert downward force F1 to the traveling body 18. The traveling body 18 thereby travels while inclining forward but the inclination angle theta1 of the rope 22 with respect to the axis 10c is negligible when compared with the inclination angle theta0 of the cable 26. Consequently, the sensor 12 does not incline but runs along the profile of pipe line and measures the displacement accurately.

摘要： PURPOSE:To reinforce the bearing force at the front end without use of a compaction pile. CONSTITUTION:After a concrete body has generated its strength, a compactor 4 having the size and shape equivalent to a compaction pile is inserted in a hide pipe 2 by an intrusion rod 8 to insert to a required depth in the bearing ground to form a hollow 6. The compactor 4 is raised and cement milk is charged into at least the hollow 6. A compacted pile 9 having almost the same shape with the hollow 6 and the sufficient compressive strength to prevent the peripheral ground of the follow from loosening, is inserted in the guide pipe 2 and buried in the position of the hollow 6. While raising the intrusion rod 8, cement milk is charged in the guide pipe 2. Accordingly, a high yield strength cast-in-place concrete pile or the like can be driven by burying an inexpensive compacted pile and the construction cost can be reduced. And the compacting effect at the ground of the front can be securely obtained.

The compaction pile 1 is inserted into the hole of a cast-in-place concrete pile, cement milk is jetted from the nozzle 6 while rotating, and compaction is performed. Hereby, it is made in light weight and easily handled, and the manufacturing cost can be lowered.

摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent muddy water or the like from erupting while a compaction pile is driven in by a method wherein the front end of a guide pipe is shielded watertightly with a covering material equipped with a plurality of cut grooves, and a plurality of such guide pipes are integrally attached to a reinforcing bar basket to be used for construction of a continuous underground wall. CONSTITUTION:A guide pipe 1 is constructed in such structure that the front end thereof is shielded watertightly with a cover 12. A number of cut grooves 15 are formed on the cover 12 so that the grooves extend radially from the center of the cover, and thereby breaking of the cover by driving-in of a compaction pile 2 is made easy. A reinforcing material in upside-down conical shape in 45 deg. inclination is provided to the inside of the guide pipe for making correction to centering of the compaction pile 2 easy. Then a specified number of guide pipes 1 are integrally attached to appropriate positions of a reinforcing bar basket 4 for cast-in-place concrete 3, and are inserted together with the reinforcing bar basket 4 into an excavated hole. Thereby the compaction piles 2 can be driven correctly into point ground and water accompanying excavation and underground water erupting around the compaction piles can be prevented from flowing backward.

Additionally, a spiral projected line 5 is provided in the range which does not exceed 1/2 of the overall length L of the tapered part 1 above the top end part of the pile. Accordingly, as there is no harmful discharge of soil at the time of intrusion, a remarkable force is displayed for increase of a bearing power.

摘要： PURPOSE:To construct a high yield-strength cast-in-place concrete pile having large end bearing force by forming a projection to be rotated to the upper section of the inner circumferential surface of a pile body, mounting a side face cutter and a spiral projection to the lower section of an outer circumference and installing an end cutter at a front end section protruded while penetrating the pile body. CONSTITUTION:When a compaction pile is intruded to an end ground and compacted, a connector 3 is inserted into the hollow section 5 of a pile body 1 from an upper section, and the pile body 1 is turned slightly under the state, in which the constricted sections 10 of the connector 3 are fast stuck onto the inner circumferential surface of the lower end section of the hollow section 5. Consequently, the hanging sections 9 of the connector 3 creep to the lower ends 7a of the projections 7 to be rotated of the compaction pile 1 and are brought to a caught state, and the pile body 1 is borne under a hung state. An intrusion rod is operated under such a state, and the pile body 1 is intruded into the end ground in a glass pipe in an excavated pit. When the pile body 1 is penetrated completely, the pulling-up operation of the intrusion rod is conducted while the inside of the end ground is impregnated with cement milk from a discharge opening 7 through the impregnating hole of the intrusion rod.
