摘要： PURPOSE: To increase the efficiency of a large-scale drilling operation, etc., and to reduce construction period by guiding automatic construction-work vehicles to specified positions in a construction work area, issuing commands, and thus establishing an unmanned earthwork system that can operate continuously for twenty-four hours. CONSTITUTION: Unmanned automatic construction-work vehicles each having a mobile station 2 are guided in a predetermined direction at a designated site for construction work by having two-way communication with fixed stations 3, obtain position information, and receive a command to start construction work. After predetermined construction work is performed, desired fixed points 6 are searched for in accordance with current position information, and the fixed stations 3 receiving information from the mobile stations 2 command the mobile stations 2 to advance. Next, the mobile stations 2, by means of their own action, start moving at full speed toward only pulse light of a specific frequency which the desired fixed points 6 issue. For example, earth-discharging cranes 7 are installed to vertically transport and discharge earth, and the plurality of automatic construction work vehicles 2 proceed with predetermined construction work in accordance with guidance and commands. Unmanned construction work in which the vehicles gather at the desired fixed points 6 proceeds, after which the fixed stations 3 issue a command to stop the vehicles 2.

摘要： PURPOSE:To sinkingly install a shaft structure constituted of RC construction precast concrete members in a drilled hole so as to build a shaft. CONSTITUTION:A dry-dock 4 is provided in the vicinity of a hole 2 in which a shaft structure 1 is sinkingly installed, a foremost shaft structure 1 is assembled in the dry-dock 4, and a bottom board 5 is provided so as to complete the structure. After completing the shaft structure 1, a partition wall 15 between the dry-dock 4 and the hole 2 is withdrawn so as to communicate both to each other, stabilizing liquid 3 is filled in the dry-dock 4 and the hole up to a prescribed level, and the shaft structure 1 is floated on the surface of the water, pulled sideways, and moved up to the position to sink it in the hole 2. A shaft structure 7 of succeeding order built at the site of the hole 2 is piled in order on the foremost shaft structure 1. Water is poured in the hollow part 1a of the shaft structures 1, 7 while keeping balance with the floating force, so as to sinkingly install the shaft structure 1. In this way, for moving the foremost shaft structure 1 of heavy weight of 20t-50t, any a large sized crane is not at all necessary, and hence the labor for sinkingly installation work is saved and the low cost can be attained.

CONSTITUTION:A segment 2 is assembled with trapezoidal segment pieces 2a, 2b formed by dividing equally a circumferential ring. First, the inverted trapezoidal segment pieces 2a are disposed alternately to be supported by about a half number of shield jacks 3 disposed symmetrically about the axis. Next, the erected trapezoidal segment piece 2b are incorporated respectively between the inverted trapezoidal segment pieces 2a and supported by about the other half of the remaining shield jacks 3' to complete the assemblage of 1 ring segments. Then, the shield jack 3 supporting the segment piece 2a is removed to exchange the segment support. Hereinafter similarly the segment pieces 2a and segment pieces 2b are disposed and incorporated alternately to repeat processes of exchanging the shield jack.

In building the bottom of a shaft, the diameter of the cutter spoke 6 is contracted to be separated from the face plate 5. After the cutter spoke 6 is pulled up right under a partition wall 3, underwater concreting is placed in the pressurizing chamber 4 to bury up the face plate 5 and a support wall 12.

摘要： PURPOSE:To greatly enhance the economics by decomposing the atmospheric side conponents of a shield machine after excavation of a pit, collecting them back onto the ground, and lifting a cutter head by a crane installed on the ground in the condition that the pit is submerged with water for collection of the cutter head. CONSTITUTION:After a pit is excavated by a vertical shield machine 1, mud feeding/ exhausting pipes, erector, cutter rotating motor, shield jack, etc., which are positioned on the atmospheric side above a bulkhead 12, are collected back onto the ground. Using a wire 22 a cutter head 3 is tied with a hook 21 sunk from a crane provided on the ground. Water is poured into the pit so that the shield machine 1 is submerged with water, and the water is put to the level which generates equilibrium with the earth pressure and subsoil water pressure acting on the excavation surface and inside of a bulkhead chamber, and the state of free water surface is generated. A ring girder 4 is separated from a bulkhead 5 using a remote control device such as a hydraulic jack, and the cutter head 3 is lifted by the crane and collected onto the ground. Thereby the cutter head and other components which are expensive can be collected, and construction of the works can be completed safely and quickly.
