摘要： PURPOSE:To measure the position and attitude of a moving body fully automatically by providing a target part, a detection part, a reference point part, and a data processing part. CONSTITUTION:The target part A consists of bright points 3a-3c for detection which are arranged at the the respective vertexes of a triangle, a reflecting prism 4 for light wave distance measurement, etc., and is installed on the moving body 1 to be measured. The detection part B consists of a distance and angle measuring instrument 7 for sighting the target part A, a television camera 6, etc., and is installed at the position where the body 1 is sighted. The reference point part D consists of a couple of a reflecting prism for light wave distance measurement and a bright point which are sighted by the detection part B and known. The data processing part C processes measurement information obtained by the detection part B to compute and then record and display the position, attitude, etc., of the body 1. Then the detection part B can be rotated horizontally and vertically under remote control. The reference point part D is sighted by the detection part B to obtain its position, and the target part A of the body 1 is sighted to automatically measure the position and attitude of the body 1.

The survey information obtained by the detection section B is processed by a data processing section C, and the position of the segment 4 against the planned line of the shield tunnel 3 is calculated, recorded, and displayed.

A seal material inserted between recessed grooves 10, 10 of joints between the circumferential rings having different segments is sufficiemtly forcibly attached by a propelling force of a shield machine giving propelling reaction to the segment and a shaft compressing force caused by the geometrical effect of the weight of segment itself to display the water stop effect. Further, the seal material inserted between recessed grooves 11, 11 between segment pieces 2a, 2b constituting the same circumferential ring is sufficiently forcibly attached by a wedge action to fulfill the water stop effect.

Complete automation of the direction-correcting jacks 2 is thereby achieved.

And a vibratory motor 19 and a traveling motor are driven to advance a traveling mechanism 5 at an appropriate speed and do the leveling work. The rugged upper face of invert concrete 15 is smoothed and roughly leveled. The concrete 15 scraped away is relatively moved back from the clearances of slits 3a of a leveling plate 3 and leveled more efficiently by a vibrating leveling plate 12. The whole finishing face of invert concrete 15 is made even and smooth by the trowel action of a finishing plate 13.
