摘要： PURPOSE:To simplify work by providing a ceiling surface with frame bodies in the shape of a lattice through spaces, providing crossed sections, having the crossed spaces between the frame bodies, with service units, and setting service plates having a plurality of holes, and by arranging ceiling plates in the frame bodies. CONSTITUTION:On a ceiling surface, channels 1 are suspended, and are arranged at specified intervals with bolts 2 and hangers 3, and on the channels 1, in the direction crossed over the channels 1, channels 5 are fixed with fixing devices 4. Besides, in the directions crossed over the channels 1, T-bars 6 are fixed on the lower sides of the channels 1 with clips 7, and on the channels 5, in the directions crossed over the channels 5, T-bars 8 are fixed with hangers 9, and frame bodies 10 are formed. Then, the frame bodies 10 are arranged in the shape of a lattice through spaces on the ceiling surface, and between the T-bars 6, H type bars 12 are erected, and between the bars 6, 12, ceiling plates 13 are laid. Besides, a sprinkler pipe 21, a speaker 22, an emergency lamp 23, a fire-sensitive device 24, and the like are arranged, and a cross-type equipment plate 15 having a plurality of holes 16 is set at the crossed sections 4 of the bars 6, 8.

摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of bedewing on a sprinkler pipe when it is installed and penetrated through the main body of an outlet by winding an insulation tube which serves to prevent air leakage from a through hole around said sprinkler pipe. CONSTITUTION:After a sprinkler pipe 21 is installed and penetrated through the main body 26 of an outlet, an insulation tube 32 is mounted with the sprinkler pipe 21 by extending its slit 33, and the slit 33 is covered with insulation tape. The insulation tube 32 is inserted into the main body 26 of the outlet by way of the sprinkler pipe 21 as a guide. Both upper and lower ends of the insulation tube 32 are provided with taper 34 so that it may move into the sprinkler pipe 21 easily. The upper part is designed so that it may be caulked easily with a caulking agent 36. This construction makes it possible to prevent the generation of bedewing on the surface of the sprinkler pipe 21 which is filled with water all the time and prevent air leakage from a through hole 28 with the insulation pipe 32.

摘要： PURPOSE:To install the main body of an outlet with ease afterward by dividing the main body of the outlet into halves and clamping a sprinkler pipe from the sides. CONSTITUTION:When the main body 26 of an outlet is constructed, a sprinkler pipe 21 is constructed and a sprinkler head is mounted with the lower part of the sprinkler pipe 21 from the bottom of an installing plate 15. Then, a connection cylinder 27 for duct 25 connection is fixed with one divided half- body 26a of the main body 26 of the outlet and the divided half- body 26a is trusted into a positioning metal fitting installed to the installing plate 15 along its inner surface and fixed with a flange 15a bent upward at the edge of the installing plate 15 with tape 33, such as aluminum adhesive tape. The other divided half- body 26b is inserted in from the sides so that a doubling plate 30 of the half-divided body 26b may be placed inside. Both the divided half- bodies 26a and 26b and the flange 15a are fixed with the tape 33 respectively. This construction makes it possible to install the main body 26 of the outlet with ease afterwards.

CONSTITUTION:A gondola 100 is constructed of a first gondola body 10 and a second gondola body 30, both of which are roughly in the same shape and are connected with a position-fixing member 40 so that both the bodies are positioned at adjustable angles. Rope-supporting members 51, 52, 53&54 are provided to both the gondola bodies 10, 30, and ropes 56, 57 are installed thereto. The ropes 56, 57 and the rope-supporting members 51, 52, 53&54 are arranged so that relative positions between said ropes and said members can be adjusted so as not to make the positions vary. Therefore the gondola 100 can be suspended in a position where stability is secured. Thereby the gondola 100 can be set, roughly conforming to the iconographical view of a building, making a single type of gondola device serviceable to work in buildings of various shapes.
