摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain large-sized ceramic plate having high strength and excellent freezing damage-proof property without any deformation, by producing sheet with an aq. slurry contg. beta-wallastonite crystal, flux component and fibrous materials, by laminating the sheets, by press-forming the laminate, drying and then, calcining. CONSTITUTION:The sheet is produced with the aq. slurry contg. beta-wallastonite crystal or calcium silicate crystal converting to beta-wallastonite crystal by calcining, and flux component and fibrous material and the sheets are laminated. Then, the sheet laminate is press-formed, dried and calcined. As beta-wallastonite crystal, either of natural and synthetic ones can be used, but synthetic wallastonite obtd. by transiting xonotlite is pref. from the viewpoint of strength. As calcium silicate crystal transiting to beta-wallastonite by calcining, any well- known one can be used but among them calcium silicate crystal consisting of xonotlite as main component is especially pref.

摘要： PURPOSE:To increase a degree of freedom of a design of an inlaied pattern on a surface of a tile by enabling a plane and a sectional form at a depressed position to be freely selected by a method wherein a hollowed out hole of a specific pattern is formed on a thin sheet, and the depressed position for inlaying a pattern forming material is formed. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of sheets 10 are prepared, and a hollowed out hole 12 of a specific form is formed to a necessary number of sheets to be arranged on an upmost layer or under said layer. A number of sheets to be hollowed out is determined according to a depth of a necessary depressed position. A plurality of sheets 10 are piled to be pressurized and a tile forming material 14 of a specific thickness is formed by lamination. At that time the hollowed out hole 12 of the sheets 10 forms a depressed position of a specific depth at a surface of the tile forming material 14. Different colored ceramic material 18 for forming a color pattern is filled up in said depressed position 16. When the forming material 14 is dried and is successively burnt, a final inlaied tile 24 can be obtained.

The solidified material has 3.7-50% (C+M) and >=0.3C/(C+M) when the sum total weight content of the three of CaO, MgO and SiO2 in the solidifying raw material is 100%; the weight percentage of the CaO accounting for the total 100% of the three is C% and the weight percentage of the MgO therein is M%. Since the SiO2 -based material is more inexpensive than the CaO-based substance and the MgO-based substance, the amount of the SiO2 -based substance is preferably increased as much as possible. The resultant solidified material, as necessary, is dried under suitable conditions and utilized as various construction and civil engineering materials, etc. The solidified material is especially preferably used as an interlocking block.

CONSTITUTION: This indoor carbon dioxide gas removing device consists of a pressurizing device 10 for sucking and pressurizing an air, a carbon dioxide gas adsorbent 20 stored in the pressurizing device 10, adsorption/exhaust structures 22, 24 for sending the indoor air into the pressurizing device 10 and returning the air to the indoor from the pressurizing device 10. The indoor air sucked into the pressurizing device 10 is pressurized and carbon dioxide gas therein is adsorbed to the carbon dioxide gas adsorbent 20. Then the pressure is restored rapidly to normal pressure level. Most of the carbon dioxide gas remains adsorbed in the adsorbent 20. Further, the air free from carbon dioxide is returned to the indoor. Thus, the carbon dioxide gas is removed from the indoor air by repeating the pressurized carbon dioxide gas adsorption and depressurization cycle.
