摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a product with an inorganic film which has glossy surface property, exhibits excellent stain resistance against oily stains because of its high hydrophilicity, and can achieve reduction in a manufacturing cost. SOLUTION: Inorganic coatings comprise an undercoating material 2 and a topcoating material 3. The undercoating material 2 contains water glass 6, a hardening agent 4 for the water glass, and aggregate. The topcoating material 3 contains the water glass 6 and silica particulates 7, but does not contain the hardening agent 4 for the water glass. The manufacturing method comprises a first step of applying the undercoating material 2 on a substrate 1 to form an undercoating layer 2a, a second step of applying the topcoating material 3 on the undercoating layer 2a to form a topcoating layer 3a, and a third step of heating the undercoating layer 2a and the topcoating layer 3a to a temperature level of not lower than normal temperature and not higher than 400°C to obtain a product 10 with an inorganic film without dealkalization processing. SOLUTION: A process comprises a preparation step S1 wherein a formulation for hydrothermal solidification containing a CaO component and an SiO 2 component is prepared, a molding step S2 wherein the formulation for hydrothermal solidification is molded to yield a molded product and a hydrothermal step S3 wherein the molded product is subjected to hydrothermal treatment to produce calcium silicate hydrate and obtain the hydrothermally solidified product. Here, the formulation for hydrothermal solidification contains the used molding sand containing sand dust recovered after casting. The molding step S2 is performed through dry pressing.
