    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the exhaust white smoke in the exhaustion of exhaust gas by cooling the exhaust gas with a closed loop heat radiating heat sink with salt water for cooling that is installed in a tunnel, and condensing and separating water in the exhaust gas. SOLUTION: Coolant 23, that is liquefied by radiating heat to a heat sink 22 at room temperature when compressed and that is gasified at the temperature of the exhaust gas, is flown to a cooling closed loop A. The liquid coolant 23 is stored in a vessel 24 and the pressure is boosted Pb by compression b by a booster P1. The coolant 23 is conducted to a heat exchanger 25 and is gasified C by the thermal energy Tc from the thermal media X and Y. The temperature of the gasified coolant 23 is changed to a low temperature Td with the expansion turbine 27 and the exhaust gas in the tunnel 21 is cooled enough. Then the pressure and the temperature of the coolant 23 is raised by the compression by a gas compressor 29 and the coolant 23 is conducted into the heat exchanger 26, cooled by heat transfer to the thermal media X and Y, liquefied by radiating the heat from the external low temperature heat sink 22 and returns to the initial vessel 24. Therefore, the water in the exhaust gas is condensed and removed, and the exhausting of the white gas to the air is prevented.

    • PURPOSE: To improve the efficiency of the maintenance of a railway line by conducting various maintenance operation while operating a train on temporary rails disposed through a required working space. CONSTITUTION: A bearing frame body 3 is constituted by bonding a bearing beam 5 being crossed in the longitudinal axial direction of mainly installed rails 2 and forming a working space 4 in a required height, and temporary rails 6 corresponding to the mainly installed rails 2 are arranged onto the bearing beam 5. The undersides of jacks 7 are fixed, wheels 9 are retreated upwards by operating holders 8, the holders 8 are moved in the direction of bearing legs 5a, the working space 4 is formed, maintenance operation is conducted by utilizing the space, the wheels 9 are shifted onto the mainly installed rails 2 by the reverse procedure after a specified work, and the wheels 9 and the holders 8 are fastened. The jacks 7 are clamped and the bases of the jacks 7 are separated from bearing surfaces, the bearing frame body 3 is moved up to the next working section by self-advancing or traction under the state, in which the wheels 9 are placed on the mainly installed rails 2, and such operation is performed successively and repeatedly.

    • PURPOSE:To avoid corrosion with sea water, difficulty of submarine works, problem of generation of buoyancy by providing a water tank having a capacity substantially equivalent to an air storage tank and opened with the atmosphere at a position having a head corresponding to storage compressed air pressure. CONSTITUTION:An air storage tank 10 is mounted on the ground, a water tank 11 is provided at a position of a head H corresponding to the pressure of the air stored above the position, such as at the top of a mountain, and they are connected with a hydraulic conduit 13. Valves 14, 15 are provided at the compressed air inlet and outlet of the tank 10 to be hermetically sealed. In order to form the compressed air to be stored in the tank 10, a compressor 17 to be driven by a motor 16 rotating with excessive power is provided, and an air feed tube 18 to the tank 10 is connected to its outlet. On the other hand, an output tube 20 for outputting the compressed air from the tank 10 is connected to the combustion chamber 22 of a gas turbine 21, the compressed air is mixed with fuel, and burnt to rotate the turbine 21, thereby driving a generator 23.

    • PURPOSE:To maintain predetermined heat storage temperature and to dissipate heat by removing the heat of heat storage liquid stored in a high temperature liquid space, feeding the liquid in which its temperature is reduced to a low temperature liquid space, applying the heat of an external heat source to the liquid of low temperature to heat it, and feeding it to the high temperature liquid space. CONSTITUTION:The upper space of a float 4 becomes a high temperature liquid space 6, and the lower space becomes a low temperature liquid space 6. A recess is formed at the center of the upper surface (i.e., the face at the high temperature liquid space side) of the float, a bendable tube 8 is disposed from the lower end of a through hole formed from the bottom through the float by a swivel joint out of a storage tank 2 from the lower part of its sidewall through the space 6, and opened with the space 6 in the tank 2 through a feed pump 9 and a heat sink unit EX-2. On the other hand, a conduit 11 opened in the sidewall of the space 5 is provided through a feed pump 10, a heater EX-2 by an external heat source out of the lower part of the sidewall of the space 6.
