    • PURPOSE: To deposit bentonite on an electrically conductive material on which bentonite is deposited with high operability by connecting a nozzle for ejecting bentonite to the cathode of a power source and the electrically conductive material to the anode and by carrying out the electrodeposition of bentonite.
      CONSTITUTION: A nozzle 4 for ejecting bentonite is connected to the cathode of a DC power source 8, and an electrically conductive material 5 on which bentonite is deposited is connected to the anode of the source 8. By working a pump 2, a bentonite soln. in a tank 1 is sprayed on the material 5 from the nozzle 4 through a hose 3 to electrodeposit bentonite on the material 5. The remaining bentonite soln. flowing downward is allowed to flow into a storage vessel 7 through a rubber plate 6, and it is reused.
