    • PURPOSE:To raise the operability of on-site hollow pile construction work by a method in which a bentonite aqueous solution is injected while excavation is made, a steel tube to which bentonite is electrically adhered is inserted into the pit, an iron bar cage is set around the steel tube, and concrete is placed and hardened. CONSTITUTION:Excavation is made to a given depth while protecting the inner wall of a pit 1 with a bentonite aqueous solution 2. A steel tube 5 whose lower end is closed, having a size enough to form a hollow portion and also having a hole 4 in its lower part, is covered with bentonite 5 electrically and penetrated into the pit 1, whereupon the bentonite aqueous solution in the pit 1 is introduced from the hole 4 into the steel tube 3. An iron bar cage 6 is set between the inner wall of the pit 1 and the periphery of the steel tube 3, concrete is placed through a tremie tube 7 extended to the pit bottom to gradually push up the bentonite solution, the bentonite solution is pumped up by a pump 8, and after the concrete is hardened, the steel tube 3 is pulled out. The rigidity of the hollow pile thus formed can thus be raised.

After an excavated vertical shaft 2 is filled with concrete, the core 3 is inserted into uncured concrete to build a landslide protection wall. When the core 3 is pulled out for reuse of the H-steel, a hammering force is exerted by dropping a monkey on the top part of the core 3, the lower end of the H-steel is thrusted into the foamed styrole plate 5 to release concrete and the H-steel from adhesion therebetween. Thereafter, a reaction force stand is placed to raise the core 3 with the aid of a hydraulic jack, and this facilitates pull-out of the concrete column.
