摘要： PURPOSE:To facilitate assembling, releasing, and transporting of a formwork for insuring the accuracy and shortening the construction period of construction of a special formed formwork. CONSTITUTION:The whole structure is constituted of a cylindrical wall body, and guide rails 38 are layingly provided on the slope of the wall body along the circumferential direction. Moving carriages 44 are run on the guide rails 38. Frame bodies 54 constituting a guide wall 20 are arranged on the moving carriages 44. The frame body 54 is rotationally movably supported with the moving carriage 44 at the one end. Further, the frame body 54 is separatably supported with support jacks 56, 58 from the oblique direction and lower part in the direction of the guide wall 20. The lower end part of the frame body 54 is pressed by means of a slide member 48 driven by a hydraulic cylinder 50. Therefore, only by moving and stopping the moving carriages 44 at every block and constituting the formwork of the guide wall 20 out of the frame bodies 54, construction of the formwork is completed.

The woof of the canvas 4 made of synthetic fibers is made up out of roughly 50 to 150 pieces of monofilament which is roughly 65 to 75 denier, so that plain weave fabric is thereby formed. In the second place, excess water 6 contained in concrete 5 placed is drained through the canvas 4 made of synthetic fibers, so that the side pressure P of concrete 5 is lowered to a great extent. This constitution, can thereby enhance the accuracy of a skeleton.

The mortar material is mixed continuously with compressed air in a spraying machine, the mortar material mixed with compressed air is fed continuously to a nozzle device 8 through an air feed tube 7, and injection water flow of a quantity at which a desired cement-water ratio can be obtained is sprayed continuously to the mixing area of the nozzle device 8. Then the injection water flow and mortar material are mixed continuously to produce mortar, and the mortar is sprayed on a work part 21 through high speed air flow. Thus the cement does not react with water, etc., in the aggregate nor deteriorate before the cement made in contact with the injection water flow.

A restriction ring 22 is fitted closely on the spraying tube 20 to restrict a passage 20c of the spraying tube for production of turbulent flow and, while the mortar mixture of the aggregate and water is mixed by the turbulent flow, it is sprayed on the work parts such as walls, etc., through high speed air flow. By the turbulent flow produced by restricting the passage, mixing of cement with aggregate and water is improved and, even if water- cement ratio is reduced, cement, aggregate, and water can be mixed satisfactorily with each other. Also, because the spraying tube can be bent, the spraying work in any narrow area can be facilitated.

CONSTITUTION:A sheeted formwork is formed by bonding a thin plastic sheet 2, e.g. vinyl chloride sheet, having water-drip holes to both sides or one side of a meshed base material 1. In this case, base materials 1a and 1b of a hollow structure are set in a rectangular lattice form in which the materials 1a and 1b are woven into a mesh form on the same plane, where they are assembled into a simple formwork having an about 1m vertical size and a several m horizontal size. As reinforcement of the sheeted simple formwork 3, providing omnia reinforcing bars, assembling reinforcing frame by channels, or backfill of soil at the outside of the formwork 3, may be cited. The construction efficiency of the formwork operation can be raised, and the period of construction can be shortened.

A number of spacers 4 for holding inter-form spacing are provided, and reinforcement for the concrete side pressure is made. Thus simple forms 3 are mass produced in modules, and the durable number of years of each form can be increased and works for form assembly by human labor be omitted.
