摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a composition for improving the color tone of mortar and concrete which are directly exposed to indoors and outdoors and come into sight among many people by kneading cement and/or white cement with an aggregate containing colored expanded polystyrene and water. SOLUTION: A pigment and a coarse aggregate containing an artificial lightweight aggregate can be used besides a cement, an aggregate and water. A colored expanded polystyrene is formed by solidifying an initially liquid material into a bead state, coloring the bead in a properly selected color, heating the material to expand a polystyrene into 0.5 mm to 1.0 mm diameter. The color of coloring in the expansion is lightened. Consequently color adjustment is carried out by changing the foaming ratio of the bead. The cement is formulated with the colored expanded polystyrene and water in a properly selected fixed ratio to exhibit a given hue. Further, in order to improve kneading, the composition may be mixed with sand and kneaded. Since water is contained in sand, the amount of sand is reduced as much as possible.

摘要： PURPOSE: To obtain decorative member placed precast concrete free from stains by concrete milk by a method in which decorative members are turned over, concrete is placed between the space between the members and in the upper parts of them and is steam-cured, and a hotmelt surface protective material is peeled off. CONSTITUTION: Decoration members such as tile, stone, metal, and glass are put into a lattice-shaped form with the backs directed downward. A hotmelt surface-protective material containing amorphous polyolefin as a main component is melted and cast into spaces between the decorative members or into spaces between them and the upper parts of them. After the protective material being cured, a decorative member unit comprising the members which are buried in the protection material is removed from the form. Next, the members are turned over, concrete is placed into spaces between them and in the upper parts of them, steam curing is conducted, for example, at 60-80 deg.C for about 6hr or more, and the protective material is peeled off to obtain a decorative member placed PC concrete product.

The apparatus further comprises a heated form 10 in which heated concrete kneaded by the mixer 6 is charged or placed.

After that, the temporary roof is transferred to another place and the external scaffolds are added by one floor and then the temporary roof is placed again thereon. The construction on the (N+1)-th floor is carried out and subsequently the construction of the upper floor is conducted in the same manner by turns.

The panel A is placed on the wall constructive position and wall iron reinforcing bars 4 are arranged in the inside of the panel A and then a wall integrated with the panel A is constructed by charging cast-in-place concrete 5 or spraying mortar thereto.
