    • PURPOSE:To make it possible to perform good construction joint by using a precast joint plate having uneven surface on both sides as a gable form, setting it to the end of a concrete structure to be extended, and placing concrete to the inside of the precast joint plate. CONSTITUTION:A precast joint plate 1 is basically constituted of a sectional shape of a concrete structure and the same shaped plate body. In the joint plate 1, both sides opposed to the joint are so formed that they have uneven surfaces 11 with coarse-grained ones, and other surfaces than those are finished evenly. Through-holes 12 into which reinforcing bars or PC steel materials are inserted are bored in the surface of the joint plate 1. Jigs 13 such as a plurality of inserts, etc., are buried into at least one side of the joint plate 1 at a certain interval. In the case of execution, a joint plate 1a is positioned to a free end of the existing bridge girder 2. After that, a reinforcing member 3a such as a reinforcing bar or PC steel material is projected from the joint plate 1a. Then, a joint plate 1b is set to the end of a structure to be extended by making use of a shoring form 5 necessary for extending the existing bridge girder 2 to fix. An extending reinforcing member 3b is connected to the end of the reinforcing member 3a to penetrate the joint plate 1b. Finally, concrete is placed in a space between the joint plates 1a and 1b. According to the constitution, the bridge girder 2 having good construction joint of the concrete can be extended.

CONSTITUTION:At the time of constructing a girder main-body 2, at tie estimating positions of a wall balustrade l, anchor bolts 51 are embedded, and a bottom surface and the girder 2 are slightly separated from each other between them and the wall balustrade l is temporarily set on the girder main-body 2 via regulating bolts 4. After that, the bottom surface of an L-type frame 3 is penetrated with tie members 5 to be inserted into, and the lower sections of the tie members 5 are spirally fitted on joint devices 52, and the regulating bolts 4 are operated, and the level and inclination of the wall balustrade l are corrected, and washers 53 are set, and are temporarily fastened with setting nuts 54. Then, a section between the lower peripheral edge section of the wall balustrade 1 and the girder main-body 2 is sealed to be fixed up with the solidifying material 6 of non-shrinking mortar or the like from an injecting hole 36, and after it is hardened, the nuts 54 are really fastened, and the L-type frame 3 of the wall balustrade is filled up with solidifying material 7.

SOLUTION: This backstay is provided with a form 8 composed of a sheathing board 9 inclinedly bridged between the back of the end post 2 and an arch abutment 1, and of a timbering 10 for supporting the sheathing board, a plurality of precast blocks 11 continuously laid on the sheathing board 9, and PC steel twisted wires 12 made of PC steel extendedly stretched through inside the precast blocks 11 between the end post 2 and the arch abutment 1. The PC steel twisted wires 12 are arranged in such a way that the intermediate part of the PC steel twisted wires 12 is bridged on the arch abutment 1 and the end thereof is fixed to the end post 2. The adjoining surface of the precast block 11 to be adjoined on the adjacent other precast block 11 is formed so as to be meshed with the other precast block 11.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute a scaffolding simply by installing a crane body to a support mounted into a hollow concrete pier in a manner that the crane body can be lifted, suspending the scaffolding from a beam projected from the crane body and executing bar arrangement, form assembly, etc. SOLUTION: A support 2 for a tower crane is set up into the hollow section of the concrete pier 1 to be constructed. A crane body 3 is disposed along the support 2 while horizontal frame bodies 31, 32 at two upper and lower stages connected through jacks are arranged to the lower section of the main body 3, and the jacks are expanded and contracted and the main body 3 can be elevated. Overhanging beams 4 are installed radially from the main body 3 or the frames 31, 32, and a scaffolding 5 under the state, in which the outer circumference and inside of the pier 1 are surrounded, is suspended from the beams 4. Works such as bar arrangement, form assembly, concrete-placing preparation, etc., are repeated on the scaffolding 5, and the pier 1 is completed. Accordingly, the execution of works can be carried out economically by the scaffoldings at several stages, and the scaffolding corresponding to one step can be mounted in a short time by lifting a crane.
