      SOLUTION: The prestressed concrete box girder incremental launching erection method comprises a prestressed concrete box girder construction process for forming a prestressed concrete box girder 10 by integrating at least two or more box girder members having internal spaces while loading tensile forces to the box girder members by inner steel members disposed in the member cross sections of the box girder members, and outer steel members disposed outside the member cross sections of the box girder members so as to almost equalize upper and lower compressive stresses of the box girder members; a prestressed concrete box girder extruding process for extruding the prestressed concrete box girder 10 constructed in the prestressed concrete box girder construction process from behind an abutment; and a cross beam placing process for closing a part of the internal space part of the box girder member on an intermediate fulcrum 3 to construct a cross beam.

    • PURPOSE:To shorten a construction period by connecting a steel pipe for post to the upper part of a steel pipe for rack buried in a foundation so as to lift and filling concrete into the steel pipe for post and connecting an area between the post steel pipes with a concrete wall. CONSTITUTION:Post steel pipes 1 are connected to the upper part of a rack steel pipe 3 buried in a foundation one after another, thereby lifting the steel pipes 1 where concrete is injected inside from the lower end of the steel pipe 1 and the steel pipes 1 are interconnected with a temporary binding structural member. Then, the head of a post is formed on the uppermost part of the steel pipe 1 and integrated with the steel pipes 1. Then, a gear of a scaffolding 6 is assembled with a rack of the steel pipes 1 and the scaffolding 6 is mounted alone the steel pipes so that it may rise freely. A reinforcement basket 5 is mounted between the steel pipes 1, using the scaffolding 6 and a rib of the steel pipes 1. A form 7 is assembled outside the reinforcement basket 5 where concrete is filled-up between the forms 7 and a spot between the steel pipes 1 is connected with a concrete wall 8. This construction makes it possible to minimize the number of high elevation work and reduce manpower required for reinforcing assembling work, and thereby shorten construction work.
