    • PURPOSE: To improve the lubricating performance such as seizure resisting performance of a bearing, by communicating a radial bearing and an oil capturing recess formed in the surface of one axial end wall of a swash plate chamber for capturing lubricating oil via lubricating oil passage, and shaping the radial bearing in a special configuration.
      CONSTITUTION: Lubricating oil flowing down over the surface of one end wall 10a of a swash plate chamber 10 is captured efficiently in an oil capturing recess 30 and the oil is then supplied from the recess 30 to a radial bearing, i.e., a plain bearing 6 via a lubricating oil passage 31, so that the amount of lubricating oil supplied to the bearing is increased as compared with that in the conventional arrangements. The lubricating oil supplied to the plain bearing 6 is distributed to the entire inner wall surface of the bearing 6 where it is held is contact with a drive shaft 4 via oil guide grooves 40, 40a, 40b formed in the bearing 6. Further, the lubricatng oil in the oil guide grooves 40, 40a, 40b is distributed in the circumferential direction with rotation of the drive shaft 4, and oil film is formed between the drive shaft 4 and the inner wall surface of the plain bearing 6. Therefore, it is enabled to improve the lubricating performance such as seizure resisting performance of the bearing.

    • PURPOSE:To receive abrasion powder produced on a bearing surface and to decrease sliding resistance of a bearing by continuously disposing a plurality of tapered land surfaces on the cylindrical inner surface of an oleo-bearing member along the periphery thereof and mounting axially-extended grooves on each boundary portion between adjacent tapered land surfaces. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of tapered land surfaces 3 are disposed on the cylindrical inner surface of an oleo-bearing member 1. The tapered land surface 3 comprises a taper surface portion 3A and a land surface portion 3B, and a clearance between the taper surface portion 3A and the outer periphery of a rotary shaft 2 is gradually decreased along the rotating direction R of the rotary shaft 2. A groove 4 is formed on each boundary portion between adjacent tapered land surfaces 3. In this arrangement, abrasion powder produced on a bearing surface is received in a groove 4, and sliding resistance of a bearing itself is decreased.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent rupture of an oil membrane from occuring at the external circumferential side of tapered face and a land face, and increase a cooling effect for improving stability and wear resistance by widening external circumferences of radial oil grooves which are made in a base part of the tapered face. CONSTITUTION:Tapered faces 2 and land faces 3 are mutually shaped in the circumferential direction on a bearing face of a tapered land bearing 1 and an oil groove 4 which passes from an internal circumference to an external circumference is made in a base part of each of the tapered face 2. Both sides of the oil groove 4 are inclined at an equal angle with respect to a radial line so that the oil groove is shaped in an appoximately sector form. As the result, lubricating oil which is carred on the tapered face 2 from the oil grooves 4 by revolution of a rotary shaft can reach the external circumferential side by use of the centrifugal force, thereby constantly supplying the tapered faces 2 and the land faces 3 with the lubricating oil.

    • PURPOSE:To maintain an air fuel ratio of a catalyst flowed-in exhaust gas in an exhaust system within a fixed range by a method wherein an amount of secondary air supplied to the exhaust system is controlled by an output signal of an oxygen concentration detector provided in the exhaust gas flow. CONSTITUTION:When the amount of the secondary air flow is required to be reduced, a commutation to a lock coil 228 is interrupted by an electronic control circuit 42, and a coupling state of the control core 224 and the flapper 226 is released. Since an electromagnetic switching valve 214 is not fed with currents, the air is supplied to a pressure inducing opening 216 to cause an actuating chamber 222 to be occupied with the atmospheric pressure, a diaphragm 40 descends and the air flow is reduced until a signal being fed from an O2-sensor 14. On the other hand, when the flow is increased, the coil 228 is commutated by the electronic control circuit 42, the control core 224 and the flapper 226 are integrated and at the same time, the flapper 226 and the valve body 26 is raised by an air supply pipe negative pressure induced through the electromagnetic switching valve 214 and the flow is increased.

    • PURPOSE:To effectively reduce production of NOx especially during acceleration and during high load running of an engine in which NOx is produced in maximum quantity by incorporating in an exhaust gas recirculation system of the engine a device for causing recirculating gas to be increased during acceleration and during high load running of the engine. CONSTITUTION:Suction and exhaust pipes 2, 3 of an engine 1 are connected to each other by means of an exhaust gas recirculation passage 4. The passage 4 has a constant pressure chamber 6 formed therein and has a valve body 14 disposed therein and adapted to be actuated by a flow control valve 7. A negative pressure chamber 10 through which suction pipe negative pressure is communicated to a negative pressure chamber 9 of the control valve 7 has a pressure control valve 11 disposed therein. The control valve 11 has a partition plate 18 disposed therein which is actuated by the pressure in the constant pressure chamber 6 for opening and closing operations of an atmosphere introducing opening 19 to regulate negative pressure in the negative pressure chamber 9. Besides, the control valve 11 has an atmosphere chamber 21 which is connected to a blocking mechanism 20. A valve body 28 of the blocking mechanism 20 is normally open, but during acceleration and during high load running of the engine, it is closed to cause a greater negative pressure to act upon the negative pressure chamber 9 whereby the valve body 14 is largely opened.
