    • PURPOSE:To uniformly oil a trolley line without causing bliding in an oiling hole even if air temperature changes by providing an oiling member having the oiling hole in a tube belonging thereto and having a small coefficient of thermal expansion while providing an interval member opposing, spaced in a prescribed interval, to the hole. CONSTITUTION:Oil passages 9a are bored in a tube 9 at every fastening positions of the tube, and the oil passages 9a are respectively covered with oiling members 24. The oiling member 24 is formed by metal having a smaller coefficient of thermal expansion but higher rigidity than those of the tube 9. The above member has a cylindrical part 25 for covering an outer circumference of the tube 9 therewith and blocking the oil passages 9a and a flange part 26. A cylindrical space partitioned by the oiling member 24, a partition member 60, and a flange part 26 forms an oil reservoir 61, in which oil is stored at all times irrespective of an oiling or non-oiling period. Since an oiling hole 25a for supplying the oil into the trolley line 4 is bored in the metal oiling member 24, dust from the outside sticks to the surface of the oil and does not reach the oiling hole 25a without exerting a bad influence thereon even if the air temperature and a mounting state change.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain a bearing device of an internal combustion engine with superior fatigue, wear and seizing resistances by using spheroidal graphite cast iron as a shaft material and a Cr rich Al-Sn alloy as a bearing material. CONSTITUTION:An alloy consisting of, by wt., 3.5-35% Sn, >1.0-7.0% Cr and the balance essentially Al is used as a bearing material. In order to manufacture bearings using this alloy, the alloy is press-welded to a backing steel strip and annealed several times to increase the bonding strength. At this time, precipitated Al-Cr intermetallic compound prevents the migration of Al grain boundaries and inhibits the growth of Al grains, so Sn grains are not made coarse by the annealing. Since this fact is applicable to the case where the alloy is set at a high temp. comparable to that of the annealing, the fatigue strength is enhanced by preventing softening. The resulting bearing device has high seizing surface pressure, superior fittability and seizing resistance, and it brings a smooth friction torque change.
