    • PURPOSE:To simplify the steps and to improve the quality, by using a mold for vulcanizing that defines a molding space corresponding to the shape of the aimed item, and filling said space with an unvulcanized rubber followed by vulcanization. CONSTITUTION:When an unvulcanized rubber that has been heated to be plasticized into a fluidized state is injected via an injection section 11 from a quantitative injection apparatus 12 connected to a mold, the injection pressure raises gradually the movable mold until a stocking section 5 is filled with the unvulcanized rubber. When a press pressure is applied to lower the movable mold 2, the unvulcanized rubber 40 in the stocking section 5 is compressed and moved into a mold space 6 to fill it. With both molds closed completely, a prescribed heating is carried out, and after completion of the vulcanization, the molded and vulcanized bladder is removed from the molds.     • PURPOSE: To enable to perform vulcanization of a tire uniformly and highly efficiently, through which a cooling effect is not spoiled and a heat loss is little, by a method wherein a soft elastic partition film dividing the inside of a bladder into two chambers is provided and a heating medium and cooling medium are made to circulate respectively within the divided two chambers.
      CONSTITUTION: Heating water is made to circulate by a method wherein a green tire 5 is loaded on a bottom force 11b, shaping is applied to a bladder 12 while a top force 11a is being clogged, the green tire is pressed against the inner surface of a mold 11 and the heating water which is a vulcanizing medium is introduced into an inside chamber I of an elastic partition film 19 by passing through a supply opening 27 of the inside chamber i and discharged through the discharge opening 29. After heating has been performed through the heating water for a predetermined period of time, cooling water is made to circulate in the next place by a method wherein the cooling water is supplied within a bladder 12 through a supply opening 30 of an outside chamber O of the partition film and drained through a discharge opening 31. As the heating water and the cooling water are supplied in the separate chambers divided by the elastic partition film 19 and both are not mixed with each other, cooling effect is not spoiled and as the heating water can be recovered without mixing the heating water and the cooling water with each other the greater part of heat energy is recovered.

A temperature distribution can be reduced and cooling effect can be improved by a methd wherein the blow-off port and discharge port are provided and heated water is discharged swiftly and sufficiently.
