CONSTITUTION:An inclined sieve net 11 is hung at the bottom of a collecting through 8, where grain particles and rough extraneous matter are collected simultaneously. Grains are put out from a hopper 1 by a feeder 2 set at the hopper 1, and is fed on the rotary drum 4 through a shoot 3. The grains dropped on the drum 4 are electrically charged by discharging electrodes 6, 6', 6'' and are classified into grains, rough extraneous matter, crushed particles, and fine powder according to the difference in specific volume resistance and gravity, the grains and rough extraneous matter being collected to a collecting trough 8, then the grains are dropped to 8'' through the meshes of a net 11, and the extraneous matter flows down along the net to 8', hereby both the materials are separated from each other. The crushed particles are collected to a collecting trough 9, and the fine powder is scraped down by a scraping brush 5 and is collected in the collecting trough 10.

    • PURPOSE:To provide a drooping torque characteristic, by arranging axially directional grooves for changing a distribution of magnetic flux for the circumferential direction on the inner circumference of a cylinder and outer circumference of a rotor and adding the characteristic of an eddy current coupling that generates its current on the basis of a change of distribution of magnetic flux. CONSTITUTION:On the inner circumference of a cylinder 8 and outer circumference of a rotor 11, axially directional grooves 13, 14 for changing a distribution of magnetic flux for the circumferential direction are arranged to enlarge the depth for the magnetic flux in the rotor 11 to intrude and increase a number of the magnetic flux passing through the part of the rotor groove 14. In this way, when a relative speed difference is developed between the cylinder 8 and the rotor 11, eddy currents according to said difference are generated on the both circumferential surfaces arranged in a face-to-face relation, and the distribution of magnetic flux density in its circumferential direction is as shown in the drawing. Accordingly, a clutch tends to show its characteristic in which the drooping torque characteristic of an eddy current coupling is overlapped on the constant torque characteristic as a powder clutch, finally a compound torque characteristic of the both kinds of clutch characteristic, that is, the drooping torque characteristic as shown by If1, If2 in the drawing can be obtained.

    • PURPOSE:To transmit torque or to control the transmission of torque, by supplying current to magnetic members of an armature or a rotor made of permanent magnet, and thereby converting them temporarily into permanent magnet. CONSTITUTION:A stator 1 incorporates therein an exciting coil 2. A rotor 5 comprises annular magnetic members 7, 8 made of permanent magnet, a nonmagnetic member 9 interposed between these annular magnetic members 7 and 8, and a back plate 10 made of a material having a high magnetic permeability which is capable of magnetically connecting the end parts of the magnetic members 7, 8 located on the side of a stator 1. Further, an armature 11 is disposed facing the magnetic surfaces of magnetic memers 7, 8 of the rotor 5 with a proper spacing therefrom. With such an arrangement, when current is supplied to exciting coil 2, magnetic member 7, 8 are magnetized and armature 11 is attracted by rotor 5, so that the clutch is coupled and rotation of armature 11 is transmitted to rotor 5 through frictional contact of armature 11 and rotor 5. Here, the level of transmitted torque is determined by the value of exciting current, and the clutch is released when current is supplied to exciting torque 2 in reverse direction.

    • PURPOSE:To save degreasing process of lubricant on blank surface by providing oil wells at the outside circumference of the punches. CONSTITUTION:Oil wells 9 are provided around the punch holes of a stripper 5. Next, a cover 10 which is provided with holes corresponding to punches 3 and pilot punch 3a is screwed to a stripper 5. When lubricating oil is filled in the oil wells 9, it reduces the friction resistance between the outside circumference of the punches and blanking blank at the time when the punches 3 move vertically in the stripper holes. As a result, springs 4 can be those of the same strength as that of ordianry ones even without coating any lubricating material and the disengagement from the punches 3 and blank becomes easy. The use of oil of high viscosity in the oil wells 9 eliminates the need for replenishing the oil during the work. To replenish the oil, the cover 10 is removed or an oil feed port is beforehand provided to the cover 10. To use oil of low viscosity, brushes 11 are mounted to the inside surfaces of the punch holes and lubricating oil is coated to the punches 3.
