    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide base isolation foundation structure capable of reducing a cost by eliminating a base plate, and capable of enhancing workability and quality, and an installation method for a base isolation device.
      SOLUTION: A precast concrete panel 10 formed by embedding a box nut 3 for fixing the base isolation device 1 is installed on a foundation slab 11 constructed with a horizontal plane-like upper face 11a by placing concrete T1, and the base isolation foundation structure B is constructed by integrally fixing stress-transmittably the precast concrete panel 10 and the foundation slab 11, by a fixing member 12 provided by fixing one end 12a side to the precast concrete panel 10, and by fixing the other end 12b side to the foundation slab 11. The base isolation device 1 is mounted on the precast concrete panel 10, and the base isolation device 1 is fixed to the precast concrete panel 10 by tightening an anchor bolt 9 to the box nut 3.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize an effective and stable structure, securing enough structural safety and reliability at the minimum cost as a foundation adjacent to a slope and applied to a building disposed on the upper part thereof.
      SOLUTION: As the foundation adjacent to the slope 1 and applied to the building 2 disposed on the upper part thereof, the structure is adopted, in which the whole building is supported directly by the foundation 3 and a friction pile 6 is provided directly only on the outer peripheral part on the slope side of the foundation.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pile head reinforcing structure which is simple, economical, and good in workability.
      SOLUTION: A pile head of a pile body 1 has mounted thereon reinforcements 3 with couplers and a cage 2. Each reinforcement 3 with the coupler is a member consisting of a reinforcement element 5 and the coupler 4 fitted on the same, and the reinforcement element 5 is arranged along an axial direction of the pile body 1 with the other end thereof protruded from the pile head, while part of an outer peripheral surface of the coupler 4 is fixed to an inner peripheral surface of a steel pipe 1a. The cage 2 is formed of a plurality of vertical reinforcements 2a and a plurality of horizontal reinforcements 2b connecting the vertical reinforcements 2a together, and its lower half body is inserted into a hollow portion of the steel pipe 1a such that an upper half portions of the vertical reinforcements 2a are protruded from the pile head. The reinforcements and the cage are embedded in a hardener 6 filled in the hollow portion of the steel pipe 1a to form the pile head reinforcing structure. According to the pile head reinforcing structure, the vertical reinforcements 2a of the cage 2 and the reinforcement elements 5 of the reinforcements 3 with the couplers are protruded from a pile head surface of the pile body 1, and these reinforcements are embedded in a foundation member 8 to function as an anchor member 7.
