In addition, a concave and convex part 35 that is bonded to the inner peripheral face 14 and the outer peripheral face 15 of the member 31 in the segment dedicated to the cut portion with the concave and convex joint is provided at a bonding face of the inner peripheral face 14 and the outer peripheral face 15 of the member 31 in the segment dedicated to the cut portion and the plate-like member 32 made of the resin 32.
