    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the deterioration of fuel economy caused by the preparatory drive of a refrigerant pump for eliminating the maldistribution of a refrigerant.SOLUTION: This Rankine cycle 31 comprises: the refrigerant pump 32 for circulating the refrigerant; a heat exchanger 22 for recovering the waste heat of an engine 2 to the refrigerant; an expander 37 for converting the waste heat which is recovered to the refrigerant by expanding the refrigerant to power; and a condenser 38 for condensing the refrigerant which is expanded by the expander 37. Then, the clutch 35 is fastened prior to the drive of the Rankine cycle 31 and during the deceleration of a vehicle, and the refrigerant pump 32 is driven by the inertia force of the vehicle.
