    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easy connecting structure of a metallic vertical sash bar of a metallic inner wall frame and a metallic vertical sash bar for an opening part, for reducing manhours of work.
      SOLUTION: One end side of a metallic connecting columnar member having a locking claw projecting outside from an intermediate part in the longitudinal direction in a cross-sectional hollow shape, is fitted and inserted until the locking claw is locked on the upper end of the metallic vertical sash bar, from the upper end of the metallic vertical sash bar connected to the lower end. The metallic vertical sash bar connected to the upper side is fitted and inserted up to locking on the locking claw from the upper end on the other end side of the connecting columnar member. The mutual metallic vertical sash bars of the upper-lower metallic inner wall frames, are vertically connected via the metallic vertical sash bar for the opening part, by respectively fixing an overlapping part of the metallic vertical sash bar and the connecting columnar member by a fixture so that the upper-lower metallic vertical sash bars dropout from the connecting columnar member.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain a surface-treated steel sheet having superior suitability to coating by electrodeposition and superior corrosion resistance at the damaged part of a coating film by plating at least one side of a steel sheet with a Zn-Fe alloy and forming a plasma-modified layer in the surface of the resulting plating layer. CONSTITUTION:A plating layer of a Zn-Fe alloy contg. 5-30wt.% Fe is formed on at least one side of a steel sheet and this plated steel sheet 4 is set on a sample holder 5 in a vacuum chamber 2 with the plated side upward. Gaseous Ar is introduced into the chamber 2 from a gas feeding pipe 1 to form an atmosphere of Ar under reduced pressure. High voltage is then impressed between the chamber 2 as the anode and the plated steel sheet 4 as the cathode with a DC power source 7 and DC glow discharge is caused on the Zn-Fe alloy plated side or high-temp. plasma is brought into contact with the plated side to dezincify the Zn-Fe alloy plating layer. A modified Fe-Zn alloy plating layer having a very high Fe content is formed and a steel sheet for an automobile having superior suitability to coating by electrodeposition, superior corrosion resistance at the damaged part of a coating film formed by electrodeposition and superior workability is produced.

    • PURPOSE: To obtain a steel sheet having sufficient suitability to chemical conversion treatment with respect to the secondary adhesion of a paint film and showing superior red rust resistance after coating by forming an Ni layer by plating by a specified extent of deposition on a corrosion preventive layer formed by plating and by forming an Fe-Zn alloy layer having a specified Fe content by plating by a specified extent of deposition on the Ni layer.
      CONSTITUTION: This multiple layer plated steel sheet has an Fe-Zn alloy layer contg. 60W95wt% Fe formed by plating as a surface layer by 0.5W6g/m
      2 extent of deposition, an Ni layer formed by plating by 0.1W5g/m
      2 extent of deposition just under the Fe-Zn alloy layer, and a corrosion preventive layer formed by plating just under the Ni layer. It is not necessarily required to apply the plated structure to both sides of a steel sheet.
