    • PURPOSE:To execute repair welding with a high efficiency by inclining and holding a welding torch against a pipe axis, executing the weaving to the pipe axis in a set state at every turning, and also bringing it to an automatic return or stop, when a welding condition is out of a set range. CONSTITUTION:A profile sensor 20 is positioned at the top part of a steel pipe W and a torch 16 is run plural times along a fillet weld zone A, lamination welding is executed, and a repair band B is joined to the steel pipe W. In the inside of a user program, a weaving data of about 45 deg. of every time is contained, and by the data of the upper and lower, and the right and left positions of the welding torch 16 which has been inclined about 45 deg., weaving is realized extending over each turning. The welding condition is integrated into the user program, and the pipe top part is set as an initial position at every movement of 10mm. In this way, the welding condition is always monitored, a stop and an automatic return of an automatic welding equipment can be executed, also a bead having no defect can be obtained, and repair welding can be executed with a high work efficiency.

    • PURPOSE:To easily and surely join bar materials by inserting insert material between the joining surfaces thereof, loading initial load in the axial direction of the bar materials with respect to the joining surfaces to give strain to the insert material and pressing these materials under heating at the time of joining the bar materials. CONSTITUTION:Reinforcing bars which are materials 4 to be joined are set on clamp mechanisms 3 and amorphous metallic material is inserted between the joining surfaces as the insert material 5 and the reinforcing bars are fixed by tightening a fixing bolt 8. A head 2 is moved by a hydraulic jack 6 so that the prescribed load is applied in the axial direction of the reinforcing bars and the initial load is loaded. The size of load is measured and controlled by a load cell 11. The vicinity of a joining part is heated to the prescribed temperature by intense reducing flame gas by using a ring burner 72 and the materials to be joined are pressed plural times. After heating is finished, the burner is kept away. When a high-frequency heating coil is used as a heating method, nonoxidizing gas is blown in a seal box to carry out heating. By this method, joining conditions are controlled and the bar materials are joined easily and surely.

    • PURPOSE:To easily and surely join the title materials by holding insert material between the joining faces and applying initial load on these faces and subjecting the vicinities of the joining faces to heating and diffusion joining. CONSTITUTION:The materials 4 to be joined are abutted on each other in a state with the insert material 5 held between the joining faces by clamp mechanisms 3 fixed on a connecting body 1 and a head 2. The head 2 is moved along the connecting body 1 by a jack 6 to apply load on the joining faces. Heating equipment 7 is placed on a joining part and the vicinity of the joining part is heated and subjected to diffusion joining. As a heating method, a high-frequency heating coil 71 is placed on the joining part and the vicinity of the joining part including the coil is surrounded by a seal box 10 and resistance joining is carried out in a nonoxidizing atmosphere by inert gas shielding such as Ar and N. In addition, a ring burner 72 is placed on the joining part and resistance joining in a reducing atmosphere is carried out by intense reducing flames by a heating method using gas heating. By this method, the initial load stress, heating time, etc., are set and easy and sure joining is carried out and the quality can be stabilized.
