摘要： PURPOSE:To correctly and easily measure average temperature irrespective of a distribution state of the average temperature by performing a temperature measurement of a heat storage structure at a plurality of points upon measuring the temperature of the heat storage structure to detect the amount of heat storage of the heat storage structure and controlling operation of a heater, etc., in response to the amount of heat storage. CONSTITUTION:In an electric heat storage heater, heat is stored in a heat storage structure 3 using inexpensive time zone electric power such as midnight electric power and snow melting electric power, etc., and stored heat is used to perform day heating for effective utilization of residual electric power. The heat storage structure 3 is constructed by arranging heat storage bricks 6 vertically and horizontally, the bricks being surrounded with a heat insulating material and being heated with a heater for heating the heat storage structure 3 with power supply. In this case, measuring points are provided at junctions among the bricks 6, and temperature sensors 16 are mounted at the measuring points for temperature measurement at a plurality of the points. A temperature distribution of the heat storage structure 3 is measured from measurement values by the sensors 16 to correctly know average temperature for power supply control to the heater.

The air fan 10 is rotated at a low speed where room temperature can be kept unchanged to eliminate wasteful fan rotation and for reduction of fan noise, and predetermined heating capability is ensured with an increase of the revolutions of the fan when temperature of the heat storage structure is lowered.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save energy when a heating load is small by ensuring arbitrary setting of heat storage temperature with respect to a heat storage heater where power supply to a heat storage heater is controlled with a temperature sensor. SOLUTION: A heat storage heater is adapted such that there is provided a temperature sensor 18 around a heat storage heater 5 for controlling power supply to the heat storage heater 5 of a heat storage structure, and a relay 17 is controlled with the action of the sensor to switch on and off a power supply circuit, and further there is provided another sensor heater 20 around the temperature sensor 18. Heating temperature is adjusted with a thumbscrew of temperature setting means 22, and there is changed with the sensor heater 20 a relationship between temperature rise characteristics of the heat storage heater 5 and the temperature sensor 18. Thus, heat is stored in an arbitrary heat storage temperature state.

摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain the structure of a ventilating passage, permitting the accumulation of heat even upon heating at night by a heat accumulating he after and silent in the switching of the ventilating passage through a damper. CONSTITUTION:The structure of ventilating passages is constituted so that a warm-air passage A and a cold air passage B are connected in parallel to an inlet port ventilating passage while both of the air passages A, B are joined in an outlet port ventilating passage. The warm-air passage A is formed so as to effect heat exchange directly by contacting with a heat accumulating body 1 surrounded by a heat insulating material 3 while the cold air passage B is provided so as to send the heat accumulating body 1 to the outlet port side of cold air without contacting or not being contacted substantially with cold air. The inlet port ventilating passage is provided with a damper 5, distributing air sucked by a ventilating fan 4, while the outlet port ventilating passage is provided with an auxiliary heater 6. During heating at night, which is effected by the auxiliary heater 6, ventilation to the warm-air flow passage A is intercepted by the damper 5 to permit heat accumulation into the heat accumulating body 1. The switching of the damper 5 is effected by exiting a bimetal 7 through the excitation of a static characteristic thermistor 8 without accompanying any impulsive sound.

Two sets of slits 15 are provided on the outer wall 4 of a heat storage tank 5 while the opposing walls 13a of a U-shape supporting device 13 are inserted into the heat insulating material 3 through the slits 15 to support a heat sensitive unit 10a by the supporting device 13. The heater 6 is put ON/OFF directly by the thermostat 10. According to this method, an expensive thermocouple and a microcomputer for recognizing the temperature are not necessitated whereby the simplification of structure of the device and the reduction of cost of the same can be contrived.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a block for die construction, where a sintered compact of cemented carbide and a steel material are metallurgically integrally joined to each other. SOLUTION: The block is a block 1 of die material in which a tungsten- carbide-base cemented carbide and a steel material 3 are integrally joined to each other. Moreover, this block is composed of a sintered compact of tungsten- carbide-base cemented carbide at least in three layers where the content of a binding phase component is decreased in a surface layer part 4 and increased stepwise from the surface layer part with the approach to an inner layer part 6, and further, the steel material 3 is joined to the inner layer part by diffusion reaction. Plural blocks mentioned above are arranged to constitute a die surface and form a press forming die. The fixing of the die to a backing plate by means of welding or bolting can easily be performed via the steel material, and dies of various shapes can be produced by the arrangement of the blocks. The surface layer part of the sintered compact of cemented carbide, to be the press working surface of a die, has excellent wear resistance, and a die surface having durability can be formed.
