摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent breakage accident caused by a flying article or the like by housing a light emitting diode inside a workpiece, and radiating light emitted from the diode outside via an optical fiber. CONSTITUTION:In a light emitter, a light emitting diode 5 is housed inside a strut 1 of a workpiece, and emits light by electric power supplied from a power source 3 via a lead wire 4. An optical fiber 6 is connected at the base end thereof to the light emitting diode 5, and the tip 6b is inserted into a small hole formed sideways of the strut 1 in such a manner as to be viewed from outside, thus radiating outward the light emitted by the light emitting diode 5. Only the optical fiber 6 is exposed outside, and its diameter is as small as about 0.5-3mm. Accordingly, a breakage accident caused by a flying article or the like is remarkably reduced. Meanwhile, the light emitted from the optical fiber 6 excellent in straightness and having a small diffusion angle can be favorably confirmed from a long distance if the end surface is formed into a flat or projecting shape although the diameter of the optical fiber 6 is as small as about 0.5-3mm.

In order to manufacture such plate-shaped heating element, the water 5-15 times of the solid substance of the material thus combined is added and kneaded into slurry, which is formed into a plate shape by the paper making method, then it may be autoclave-cured to form the heating element.

摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain a plate type heat generating body, prominent in surface type heat generating effect, and a panel for floor heating, which is using the plate type heat generating body, abundant in a resistance to shock and provided with the functions of both the heat generating body and a floor member, by dispersing and mixing carbon fibers and carbon black into an inorganic material. CONSTITUTION:A plate type heat generating body 1 is constituted of a cement cured body, for example, into which carbon fibers and carbon black are dispersed and mixed. A plate type building material 2, laminated below the plate type heat generating body 1 in order to contrive the insulation of heat, is constituted of an organic material, such as a plywood, a particle board or the like for example, or an inorganic material, such as a mortar, whose principal material is cement, or the like, and is molded integrally with the plate type heat generating body 1. An insulating layer 4 is provided in a metallic plate or a thin steel sheet 3, for example, which surrounds the whole periphery of the laminated body of the integrally molded plate type heat generating body 1 and the plate type building material 2, while the insulating layer 4 is bonded to the laminated body through an adhesive agent such as resin or the like. Electrodes 6, attached to both side surfaces of the plate type heat generating body 1, are connected to an external power source through lead wires. According to this method, the panel for floor heating, which is abundant in a resistance to shock, provided with the functions of a floor member and a heating panel and prominent in thermal efficiency, may be obtained.

Hot air is blown in through the air holes while clamping the mat by the molds to harden the binder so as to obtain a molded sound absober body 12 of column-like or cylindrical shape excluding a round cylinder without the cut face exposed to the outer peripheral surface 12b, 12c, 12d. This molded sound absorber body 12 is covered with waterproof film material or gas permeable protective material if necessary to obtain a molded sound absorber.

The core 1 is nipped between the surface sheets 2 to fix the core. The so formed structural member for a floor is utilized for a floor constituting material, e.g. free access floor. This structure reduces the generation of walking noise.

摘要： PURPOSE:To improve a heat supply effect of far infrared rays by providing a ceramic layer on a radiation surface so as to enhance far infrared rays radiation characteristics. CONSTITUTION:A plate type exothermic body H is equipped, in its inside, with an inorganic plate type forming body 1 which generates a heat when power is applied, and at the same time a ceramic layer 2 is provided on a radiation surface. The ceramic layer 2 is utilized for radiating a far infrared ray effectively, and the far infrared rays, in this case, an infrared ray with its wave length of about 4mum or more. In the mean time, the thickness of the ceramic layer 2 is, for example, 2-200mum in the case of a coat layer, while it is normally 30-50mum, but for a sheet layer, it is thicker than those. Consequently, men, animals and plants, etc., can receive an effective hat supply accompanied by infrared ray radiation.
