摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molded sound absorber and its manufacturing method that can display the sound absorbing performance of inorganic fiber sound absorbing material to the maximum while having excellent strength and durability and being industrially mass-produceable. SOLUTION: An inorganic fiber mat containing an unhardened binder is folded or wound so that its cut face is not exposed to the outer peripheral surface, and then set between a pair of molds with air holes. Hot air is blown in through the air holes while clamping the mat by the molds to harden the binder so as to obtain a molded sound absober body 12 of column-like or cylindrical shape excluding a round cylinder without the cut face exposed to the outer peripheral surface 12b, 12c, 12d. This molded sound absorber body 12 is covered with waterproof film material or gas permeable protective material if necessary to obtain a molded sound absorber.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To protect the traffic service of a lower road from any possible obstacle by forming a specified work space below a floor board of an elevated bridge constructed along the road and providing a permanent scaffolding consisting of a sound absorption material and eliminating the need for a temporary scaffolding for repair work or the like even if required. SOLUTION: A specified work space is provided below (the rear side) a floor board 1 of an elevated bridge set up on piers constructed along a road where a permanent scaffolding 2 consisting of a sound absorption member 4 is provided. The permanent scaffolding 2 is provided with an openable drop preventive device 5 on the side surface while an entrance to the work space 7 is provided near the piers of the bridge. In the case when it is necessary to inspect, repair and paint and so force the rear side of the floor board 1, it is so arranged that workers may work on the permanent scaffolding 2, thereby reducing traffic noise on a ground road and easing noise hazards in the peripheral areas. In addition to that, a drop preventive device 5 is opened during work so as to prevent a tool or the like from dropping and protect the ground traffic from any hazards. This construction make it possible to enhance work efficiency and safety as well.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance repair work efficiency of an elevated bridge and safety by providing a permanent scaffolding below a floor slab of the elevated bride and providing a selectively placeable fall down preventive device at a housing position below the floor slab of the elevated bridge and an overhanging position outside below the floor slab. SOLUTION: A specified working space is formed below a floor slab 11 of an elevated bridge 1 of an elevated road or an elevated railway or the like where a permanent scaffolding 2 is provided so as to cover the bottom of the floor slab 11 substantially across the board. A fall down preventive device 5 is erected by way of a hinge 51 on both sides of the permanent scaffolding 2 in the crosswise direction of the elevated bridge 1 along the longitudinal direction of the elevated bridge 1. Usually, the fall down preventive device is laid out at a housing position below the floor slab 11. During repair work, the device is rocked, centering on the hinge 51 by operating an adjuster 52 so that it may be positioned at the overhanging position outside below a side wall 13. This construction can dispense with assembling a scaffolding every time repair work is executed and prevent a worker or a construction material or tools from falling down.

摘要： PURPOSE:To easily obtain the thin ferroelectric oxide film having a perovskite crystal structure. CONSTITUTION:In the process for producing the thin ferroelectric oxide film by laser abrasion; gaseous oxygen is introduced into a vacuum device 1 and the gaseous pressure thereof is controlled. The 1st film forming conditions of this time are specified to 80 to 200Pa gaseous pressure of the vacuum device and 450 to 500 deg.C range of the film forming substrate temp. at which the thin ferroelectric oxide film is formed. The 2nd film forming conditions are specified to 50 to 200Pa gaseous pressure of the vacuum device and 500 to 550 deg.C range of the film forming substrate temp. at which the thin ferroelectric oxide film is formed.

The superconducting material 14 deposited on the substrate 2 is irradiated with the excimer laser L2 split by the splitter 12 through a mirror 16, a galvanomirror 17 and a lens 18, hence the deposit is heated, and a thin film 19 having about 0.8-2mum thickness is formed. The thin film is then annealed at low temp. in an O2 atmosphere to complete the superconducting thin film.

The metallic target 8 is mounted to a stainless steel arm 9 diagonally above the substrate 7 and the laser beam L is introduced through the transparent quartz glass window 12 of a cylindrical conduit 11 mounted in the hermetic chamber 2 to irradiate the target 8 and to evaporate the same. An oxidative gas is simultaneously supplied from a gas supply pipe 14 provided in the conduit 11 into the hermetic chamber 2. A substrate supporting base 5 and the substrate 7 are heated by the IR rays from the IR heater 24 by utilizing the inner reflecting mirror 25B and the outer reflecting mirror 25a existing on the outer side of the hermetic chamber 2 via a closing member 22 made of IR transparent quartz glass, by which the film consisting of the oxide of the target metal is formed on the substrate 7.
