    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To protect the traffic service of a lower road from any possible obstacle by forming a specified work space below a floor board of an elevated bridge constructed along the road and providing a permanent scaffolding consisting of a sound absorption material and eliminating the need for a temporary scaffolding for repair work or the like even if required. SOLUTION: A specified work space is provided below (the rear side) a floor board 1 of an elevated bridge set up on piers constructed along a road where a permanent scaffolding 2 consisting of a sound absorption member 4 is provided. The permanent scaffolding 2 is provided with an openable drop preventive device 5 on the side surface while an entrance to the work space 7 is provided near the piers of the bridge. In the case when it is necessary to inspect, repair and paint and so force the rear side of the floor board 1, it is so arranged that workers may work on the permanent scaffolding 2, thereby reducing traffic noise on a ground road and easing noise hazards in the peripheral areas. In addition to that, a drop preventive device 5 is opened during work so as to prevent a tool or the like from dropping and protect the ground traffic from any hazards. This construction make it possible to enhance work efficiency and safety as well.

    • PURPOSE:To efficiently heat a substrate by using an IR heater disposed in a reflecting mirror having a specific shape as a substrate heater at the time of evaporating a target material by a laser beam in a vacuum chamber and forming the thin film of the compd. with an introducing gas on the substrate. CONSTITUTION:A ceramic table 3 having a hole 3a is placed in a hermetic chamber 2 consisting of a stainless steel housing 1 and the substrate 7 consisting of sapphire, etc., is imposed via an Mo plate 6 on a heat accumulating material 5 consisting of opaque quartz glass, etc., in the hole 3a. The metallic target 8 is mounted to a stainless steel arm 9 diagonally above the substrate 7 and the laser beam L is introduced through the transparent quartz glass window 12 of a cylindrical conduit 11 mounted in the hermetic chamber 2 to irradiate the target 8 and to evaporate the same. An oxidative gas is simultaneously supplied from a gas supply pipe 14 provided in the conduit 11 into the hermetic chamber 2. A substrate supporting base 5 and the substrate 7 are heated by the IR rays from the IR heater 24 by utilizing the inner reflecting mirror 25B and the outer reflecting mirror 25a existing on the outer side of the hermetic chamber 2 via a closing member 22 made of IR transparent quartz glass, by which the film consisting of the oxide of the target metal is formed on the substrate 7.
