A check drawing device 10 stores the amounts of checks drawn with a check card 1A into an internally provided memory. When information is sought on an amount of check drawn using a check issuance date, the amount is displayed on a monitor 12, if a data is input. When information is sought regarding the amounts in the order of issuances, they are sequentially displayed by pressing operating keys. All of the memory contents are printed out by connecting the check drawing device 10 to an external printer 104.
