摘要： PURPOSE:To make falsification of a medium impossible by ciphering the cipher ing data recorded at the information identifying code belt and the magnetic recording belt of certifying identifying media by plural algorisms. CONSTITUTION:Basic data determined beforehand at the information identifying code belt provided at certifying identifying media are ciphered and recorded by (n) types of algorism, the ciphering data of the information identifying code belt are detected and ciphered, the ciphered basic data are further ciphered, magnetically recorded at the magnetic recording belt, both ciphering data are read, ciphered and collated. For example, at the time of manufacturing a medi um 10 for bar codes 15 and 16, ciphering data alpha1 are printed to the bar code 15 and ciphering data alpha2 is printed to the bar code 16 on a substrate with the ink including a magnetic material having the special coercive force by a bar code printing device, and on a bar code belt 13 where the bar codes 15 and 16 are printed, a mask belt 14 composed of an opaque non-magnetic material is covered.

Also the account number recorded in the cash-card is read. In this way, the depositing of the amount of the check into the aforementioned account is executed rapidly, exactly, and safely.

摘要： PURPOSE:To enable a past check drawing status, a deposit balance, etc. to be known by recording required data in a recording block of a check card whenever a check is drawn, storing the data in a memory and transmitting the data red from the memory to a monitor for display. A check drawing device 10 stores the amounts of checks drawn with a check card 1A into an internally provided memory. When information is sought on an amount of check drawn using a check issuance date, the amount is displayed on a monitor 12, if a data is input. When information is sought regarding the amounts in the order of issuances, they are sequentially displayed by pressing operating keys. All of the memory contents are printed out by connecting the check drawing device 10 to an external printer 104.

摘要： PURPOSE:To enable a card to be, at high speed, accurately carried to a printing position of the card, by establishing switching sensor information for judging of a card carrying direction and drive switch timing from a dc motor to a stepping motor based on printing positional information read from a magnetic recording part. CONSTITUTION:In a card reader writer with a printer 100, a magnetic card 1 is inserted through a slot 2, and the balance information is printed out on a utilization column 1B of a surface. Carrying of the card 1 in printing is performed with a stepping motor 22. Then, a line position to be printed is classified into four kinds of 1-5 line, 6 or 7 line, 8-11 line, and 12-18 line, and a sensor for detection of switch timing from carrying of a dc motor 20 to carrying of the stepping motor 22 is switched. Further, a sensor for detection of timing for setting a printing pulse of carrying to a printing position is switched, and so controlled that the card can be carried as quickly as possible to the printing line position of the card 1. Carrying to the printing position becomes quick thereby, and printing can be performed at high speed.
