摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a method for molding a composite lens capable of effectively curing an ultraviolet curable resin without being affected by a type of an optical glass and accurately manufacturing the composite lens without curing unevenness and the composite lens. SOLUTION: A method for transferring a composite layer made of the ultraviolet curable resin cured by irradiating with an ultraviolet ray to one surface of a convex lens by using a mold for molding comprises the steps of using a material for transmitting the ultraviolet ray for the mold 1, irradiating the mold 1 with the ultraviolet ray UV from the mold 1 side to cure the ultraviolet curable resin 3a by the ray passed through the mold 1, and transferring an aspherical composite layer 3 to the convex lens 4. The composite lens is molded by using the above-mentioned mold for molding.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the portable disk drive in which the deformation of a disk is prevented when an external impact is applied and the damages to the disk and various constituting members in a casing are prevented. SOLUTION: A magnetic disk 200 is arranged in a casing 100. The disk 200 is rotatively driven by a spindle motor 160. Data recording and reproducing are conducted by the magnetic head held by a suspension 140 and sliders 130. A deformation amplitude controlling member 400 is provided to a chassis 100A of the casing 100 to control the deformation range caused by an impact acceleration in the thickness direction of the disk 200 when an external impact is applied. The deformation of the disk 200 is controlled by control sections 410 and 420 of the member 400 so that the suspension 140 does not impact on the inner wall of the casing 100.

SOLUTION: A rotary thrust plate 115 is formed to be gradually thicker from the inner circumferential side to the outer circumferential side, and an upper surface 116a of a bearing part 116 to be opposite to a lower surface 115a of this rotary thrust plate 115 is formed to be flat surface. When the rotary thrust plate 115 is rotated, a lubricant fluid on the discoid surface is moved to the outer circumferential side, whereas since the gap with the bearing part 116 is narrower toward the outer circumferential side, the lubricant fluid is most compressed on the outermost circumferential side so that a dynamic pressure is generated. By this dynamic pressure of the lubricant fluid, a thrust load can be supported.
