    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a continuous shot blast device capable of easily reversing a product to be treated having a complicated shape such as a crank shaft or a cam shaft during carrying, and corresponding to many kinds of products. SOLUTION: A product carry-in part and a product carry-out port are arranged at both side positions of a long sideways cabinet at different height positions. Two roller bodies capable of rotating from the product carry-in port to the product carry-out port in one direction are inclined arranged in a parallel with each other so as to leave a space between them and having different top portion height positions. On the outer periphery of the roller body having the higher top portion height position, a continuous screw lead is attached to both end portions, and an interrupted screw lead cut at a regular intervals is attached to a center portion. A plurality of projections for reversing the product are equipped to positions corresponding to cutting positions of the interrupted screw lead.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently carry out surface cleaning of a cast article using a complicated core and removal of the core by repeating a blast process and a sand shot discharge process thereafter to be carried out after discharging core sand loosened by vertically rotating the cast article with the core not less than one time further. SOLUTION: Core sand loosened in a cast article is discharged by vertically rotating the clamped core cast article by rotational actuation of a clamp rotating machine. Thereafter, blast processing is carried out by projecting a shot toward the cast article W by centrifugal projectors 6, 6 while vertically rotating the cast article W as clamping it after moving it to a third station C. Thereafter the core sand and the shot in the cast article are discharged by vertically rotating the cast article finished with blast processing after moving it to a fourth station D. Furthermore, a blast processing process and a core sand and shot discharging process are repeatedly carried out on the cast article W in following fifth station E and sixth station F.

    • PURPOSE:To remove burrs from both front and back sides of a product placed on a wire-mesh endless conveyor without contact or crash of products between each other by shooting shot materials from the upper and lower directions of said conveyor. CONSTITUTION:As a wire mesh conveyor 5 is driven, a product placed on it for polishing and cleaning is conveyed into a polishing and cleaning chamber 2 and brought over the second impeller 8. Shot materials contained in the bottom part of the polishing and cleaning chamber 2 are sucked through the bottom end of a suction pipe 9 and are shot from the shooting outlet of the second impeller 8, at the back side of the product placed on the wire mesh conveyor 5 through its meshed, and remove burrs. Then the product whose backside is processed is brought under the first impeller 6 and the shot materials sucked through a suction pipe 7 are shot from the shooting outlet of the first impeller 6, at the front side of the product and remove burrs.

    • PURPOSE:To automatically discharge large burr on a plastic article which may not be used as polishing material, outside of a machine including a shot blast device suitable for removing burr from plastic articles, by providing such an arrangement that the above-mentioned burr is easily removed from the plastic article. CONSTITUTION:Motors 8, 16 provided with speed change gears are driven for rotating first and second rotary drums 4, 14 in the directions of the arrow, and wind is blown into the first rotary drum 4 by driving a blower 10. Polishing material is sucked up from a storage box 22 through a conduit 21 by driving a centrifugal shooting device 20, and is then shot toward the center lower position of a drum body 18 in the second rotary drum 14. In this condition, large burr which is removed from plastic articles introduced in the first rotary drum 4 through a chute 23, by stirring these articles while they are moved to the right so that they roll and bump together, si blown with the use of wind from the blower 10 so that the burr is discharged into a box through holes in the drum 4. Then, the article discharged from the first drum 4 are introduced into the drum body 18 where small burr is removed from the articles by using the polishing material. The small burr is fallen into the storage box 22 together with the polishing material, and then is used as the polishing material.
