    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve classifying performance by classifying about the particle diameter of a granular body and the spherical degree of the granular body using the difference of the coefficient of friction between the granular body and a slope in the case of classifying the metallic or non-metallic granular body by rotating a disk having a conical slope in a horizontal plain. SOLUTION: In the case of classifying the granular body by rotating the disk having conical slope in the horizontal plain, the friction force by the friction coefficient of the granular body sliding on the slope is generated in the direction reverse to the sliding direction and then, the change of the falling position of the granular body is selected large by setting the angle of the slope, the diameter of the disk, rotation speed of the disk or the like. When the particle diameter of the granular body is =200 μm, the angle of the slope is setted to 10-30 deg. and the number of revolution of the disk is setted to 15-120 rpm. The change of the falling position of the granular body to be classified is increased by this way.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To change a particle diameter of a blast cleaning material and a central position of a projection region to desired particle diameter and position easily without changing the blast cleaning material to project the blast cleaning material by determining the central position of the blast cleaning material projection region based on the relative relation of a reference particle diameter of the blast cleaning material and the central position of the projection region. SOLUTION: The relative relation of a reference particle diameter of a blast cleaning material and a central position of a projection region is determined in advance. First, a particle diameter of a blast cleaning material to be used and a central position of a projection region are specified and input in a computer 10, and a product to be treated is set in a cabinet 1. Next, the computer 10 changes discharge port position of the blast cleaning material to a desired position based on the result s of calculation of the projection region of the blast cleaning material which corresponds to the product to be treated to project the blast cleaning material having required particle diameter for required time by maintaining the central position of the projection region at required speed. After that, an open and close mechanism 6 is closed, an open and close mechanism 6 of another storage tank in which blast cleaning material having another required particle diameter is put is opened to supply the material to a blast cleaning material projection device 2, and the material is projected in the same way for blast cleaning.
