    • PURPOSE:To obtain a film having good constant temp. holdability, by constituting a layer prepared by blending an olefin resin with hydrous aluminum silicate and placing a transparent olefin resin wherein no filling material is blended on one or both surfaces of the layer to bring the haze to a specific value or less. CONSTITUTION:In a multi-layer film where an olefin resin is a base material, a layer A is formed by blending 0.5-10pts.wt. hydrous aluminum silicate and 0.5-10pts.wt. mixture of one or two or more selected from a group consisting of hydrous aluminum - magnesium basic salts, hydrous aluminum hydroxide and hydrous titanium silicate with 100pts.wt. olefin resin. A transparent olefin resin where no filling material is blended is placed on one or both surfaces of the layer A to bring the haze to 10% or less. As the olefin resin, high pressure polyethylene is suitable, but linear low density polyethylene is also used. Especially, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer is preferable as this copolymer has infrared ray cutting characteristic.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain the blocking resistant film, which is characterized by transparence and excellent color at the end surface of the film, and whose color is not changed into white by the friction of the fiber, by mixing low density polyethylene and magnesium silicate having a specific grain size. CONSTITUTION:100wt.pts. of the low density polyethylene whose density is 0.910- 0.935g/cm is kneaded with 0.03-1 wt.pt. (or desirably 0.05-0.5wt.pt) of magnesium silicate, whose average grain size is 0.5-4mu (or desirably 1-3mu) by using, e.g., Banbury mixer. A pellet is obtained by using a pushing machine. The desired film is obtained by an ordinary method, e.g., inflation film manufacturing device. USE:Packaging film.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain a film which is soft and free from blocking properties and especially smooth in skin touch by constituting one or both outer layers of the specified high-density polyethylene(HDPE) and constituting the other side or an intermediate layer of an ethylene-alpha-olefine copolymer and regulating total thickness to the specified dimension or below. CONSTITUTION:In a soft film, one side or both outer layers are constituted of HDPE which has density. The other side or the intermediate layer is constituted of an ethylene-alpha-olefine copolymer and total thickness is regulated to , a tendency is caused wherein smooth touch is lost. When total thickness of the film exceeds 100mum, heat shielding properties are deteriorated. While the soft film has flexibility, it has blocking resistance and is good in opening properties and utilized as wrapping material. Since this soft film is good in skin touch, it is available as the film for outer packaging such as a paper diaper and a physiological article.

    • PURPOSE:To provide a high strength of adhesion by forming a fitting tool which is suitable for a resealable packaging bag, to which various types of articles can be freely put in or taken out from, of a terpolymer consisting of ethylene, an anhydride of alpha,beta-unsaturated dicarboxylic acid and unsaturated carboxylic acid ester. CONSTITUTION:For a fitting tool which is constituted of a male claw part and female claw part being engaged to each other, as the raw material, a terpolymer of ethylene, an anhydride of alpha,beta-unsaturated dicarboxylic acid and unsaturated carboxylic acid ester is used. Then, this terpolymer, or a composition for which a lubricant is blended to the terpolymer is extrusion-molded at approximately 100-300 deg.C using a die, and is cooled and solidified to complete the product. As the lubricant, e.g. liquid paraffin, micro-wax or synthetic wax, etc., is used, and the lubricant is blended in a ratio of approximately 0.01-2 pts.wt. to 100 pts.wt. of the terpolymer. By this method, a fitting tool of which bonding objectives are broad the adhesive strength of which is excellent, and at the same time, which can be fitted at the same time as molding can be obtained.

    • PURPOSE: The titled nervous film having both transparency and low-temperature shrinkage, comprising a copolymer of a specified vinyl acetate content and a specified melt index, prepared by radical-copolymerizing ethylene with vinyl acetate under a high pressure.
      CONSTITUTION: The titled film is obtained from a copolymer having the hereinbelow-mentioned properties prepared by radical-copolymerizing ethylene with vinyl acetate under a high pressure, desirably in the presence of a reaction modifier (e.g., propylene). The above copolymer has a vinyl acetate content in the range of 2.0W4.0wt%, preferably 2.4W3.4wt%, and a melt index of below 1.0g/10min.
