摘要： PURPOSE:To ensure bending strength in beams effectively by reducing height difference between beam lower end main reinforcing bars and joint reinforcing bars to a column for forming lapped joints and, at the same time, to obtain such a PC beam form as bending strength of the beams can be advantaged by reducing height difference between them against the joint reinforcing bars even if the beams are arranged at right angles. CONSTITUTION:A PC beam form 10 is so precasted that it has a U-shaped section, and a plurality of beam lower end main reinforcing bars 26 are buried in the bottom 10a along the extended direction of the beam from 10. First grooves 30 positioned at sides of the beam lower end main reinforcing bars 26 and for arranging the ends of reinforcing bars 14a of joint reinforcing bars 14 are formed in the bottom 10a into which the beam lower end main reinforcing bars 26 are buried. In the case beams are constructed, the ends of the reinforcing bars 14 on the lower sides of the joint reinforcing bars 14 are arranged to the first grooves 30 in a state to mount the end of the PC beam form 10 on the upper end face of a PC column form 20. Under such a state, concrete is placed in the PC beam form 10 to form lapped joints of the reinforcing bars 14a and beam lower end main reinforcing bars 26 horizontally.

摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent cement paste from leaking out of a connecting part between a PC-form and a separator in a construction work by a placing-form construction method and to prevent water from leaking out of the connecting part after completion of the construction. CONSTITUTION:A PC-form 1 is set at a site and the forward end of a separator 4 disposed on the concrete-placing side of the form is inserted into a cylindrical jig 2 of the form so that the rear side of the PC-form 1 is brought into contact with a device 6 for positioning and for grout material sealing, which is mounted to the separator 4, to position the form 1. Grout material 7 is poured into the jig 2 and after the grout material is cured, concrete is placed onto the rear side of the form 1.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate transport and building-up work when beam members of a building are constructed by making side surfaces of a beam by opposing a pair of concrete panel bodies to each other, and arranging stirrups between the panel bodies from inside the panel bodies. SOLUTION: Stirrups 13 and 14 are arranged between concrete panel bodies 11 and 12 from inside a pair of concrete panel bodies 11 and 12. Therefore, when these are built up, in a condition where the stirrups 13 and 14 are already arranged in a placing space S, a reinforcement such as an upper end reinforcement and a lower end reinforcement is arranged with these as a reference. These work is facilitated, and concrete placing work thereafter can be quickly performed. A pair of concrete panel bodies 11 and 12 form opposed both side surfaces of beam members, and die separation and removal of these is obviated after concrete is hardened, and labor of work can be reduced.

Then the shearing reinforcements as annular star laps are buried and held in both panel bodies 11 and 12 while their bent parts 13a and 14a are wound on the beam main reinforcement 15, one end parts 13b and 14b of them are projected from the upper surfaces 11a and 12a of both panel bodies 11 and 12, and the other end parts 13c and 14c are projected from the side surfaces 11b and 12b. When such a precast member 10 used commonly for a form is used for erection, the shearing reinforcements 13 and 14 are already arranged in the placed space S and, therefore, a series of subsequent work can be performed rapidly.

CONSTITUTION:An irregularity member 30 is installed at each corner of the outside which becomes the molding face 14a of an inner mold 14 to be able to move outward. The irregularity member 30 is placed in a recesses part 32 formed at the corner of the inner mold 14 so that emerging pieces 34 can slide toward a space 18. These emerging pieces 34, which are formed so that a number of irregularity parts are arranged vertically and continuously to be integrated into a comb shape, are installed in a manner that the irregularity parts can enter into the space 18. The emerging piece 34 is fixed in an emerging state with a positioning bolt 44, and the space 18 between the inner mold 14 and an outer mold 16 is filled with concrete 46. When the concrete 46 has set, the emerging piece 34 is placed in a recessed part 32 by handling the positioning bolt 34. With the emerging piece 34 placed, the inner mold 14 and the outer mold 16 are raised for demolding, forming a PC mold for columns.
