    • PURPOSE:To eliminate a rotary fan and to produce a pressure and a flow rate required for the levitation of a substance to be heated, by a method wherein an ejector is disposed on the same axis as that of a high speed injection burner, and through horizontal partitioning of the interior of a furnace by a porous plate, upper and lower heating chambers are formed. CONSTITUTION:Combustion gas is injected at a high speed through an injection nozzle 4 of a high speed injection burner 1, and the injected combustion gas is injected through an ejector 5 to a lower heating chamber 6. In this case, by an ejector effect, gas in an upper heating chamber 7 is sucked in the ejector 5 through a circulating gas inlet 8. Since gas discharged through the ejector 5 to the lower heating chamber 6 flows through a porous plate 9 to the upper heating chamber 7, a substance 10 to be heated placed on the porous plate 9 is levitated from the upper surface of the porous plate 9 by means of the discharged gas. As noted above, since the substance 10 to be heated can be carried and heated in a levitated state, by charging the substance 10 to be heated through the one charge port, the substance to be heated can be burned and heated at a uniform temperature in a non-contact state.

    • PURPOSE:To eliminate vibrating combustion and make it possible to effect complete combustion by providing a ceramic multihole plate which has a spark ring on the central shaft of a burner internally in the inside of the flange section of a tapered burner cylinder and passing the tip end section of a spark rod through the spark ring. CONSTITUTION:A gas that flows in from a gas introducing tube 19 is discharged out into a mixing chamber 22 from a gas discharge hole 9 after passing through a gas reservoir 10 to be mixed with air that flows in from an air introducing pipe 8. The mixture gas passes through the three-dimensional multihole spherical shell in a multihole plate. The mixture gas is more uniformly mixed by branching off step by step and then discharged to the outside of the multihole plate 15 in the state of complete mixing. When the mixture gas which was mixed primarily in the mixture chamber 22 goes through the hole of a spark ring 17, the mixture gas is ignited in the hole with the sparks developed between a spark rod 13 and spark ring 17. The flame made by the ignition goes round the tip end of the spark ring 17 and ignites the mixture gas which is discharged from the multihole plate 15 and the gas burns. This multihole plate 15 is a ceramic multihole body of multisphere shell connection type, and its porosity is 70-98%. The diameter of a hole in the sphere is preferably 2-7mm.
