摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent lifting of a refractory block composing a bottom section of an electric ash melting furnace, prevent damage of a joint part, prevent intrusion of molten metal or slag, and protect bottom lining. SOLUTION: In the bottom structure, an end part of a refractory block row composing a bottom section of the electric ash melting furnace is held down by a lower end of a side wall 15 of a furnace body 10. It is characterized by that a groove 17 is formed in a side face longitudinal direction of a refractory block adjacent to a longitudinal direction of the refractory block 14, and the refractory blocks are mutually coupled by fitting a plug brick 19 as tightly as possible in a plug brick inserting space 18 formed by incorporation of the groove 17 of the adjacent refractory block.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure the protection of a cooling pipe for a waste incinerator. SOLUTION: A U-shape refractory brick has a U-shape in front view and is capable of receiving the cooling pipe 2 in a U-shape groove 16 as tight as possible while whose side parts 17, 17 are provided with a height extended so as to exceed the position of the upper surface of the cooling pipe and provided with a required length. The U-shape refractory brick is provided with a lower groove 18 having an enlarged groove wider than that of a slit at the deep end of the slit opened axially in the U-shape groove, and an upper grooves 19 opened at the deep end of the slit opened in the inner surface at a position upper than the upper surface of the cooling pipe in the left and right side parts and provided with another enlarged part wider than that of the slit. A lower plate 20 having a configuration aligned and engaged with the lower groove is fixed to the outer peripheral surface of the cooling pipe and an upper plate 21 having a configuration that whose both ends are aligned and engaged with the upper grooves is provided while nut members 23 are fixed to the upper surface of the cooling pipe and are formed so that bolts 22, penetrated through the upper plate, are screwed and clamped freely.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chemical feeding device for treating flying ash at a low cost, capable of feeding a fixed quantity of a chemical for treating the flying ash without using a pump, a flowmeter, a tank scale on the like. SOLUTION: The chemical D for treating the flying ash stored in a chemical reservoir 11 in moved into a measuring feeding tank 13 installed at the lower part by gravity without using the pump, and the cost reduction of the device can be realized because there is no need for any pump or a spare pump. The quantity of the chemical D for treating the flying ash to be fed is measured in the measuring feeding tank 13 and is fed by air pressure. Therefore there is no need for using any flowmeter, load cell, on the like for measuring the quantity of the chemical D, and the cost reduction of the device is realized and the trouble can be prevented from occurring by simplification of the device. The quantity of one batch of the chemical D for treating the flying ash is measured with a plurality of electrodes 19, 20 set in the depth direction of the measuring and feeding tank 13.

When which brick block 7A is heavy, the block is lifted by the suspension fitting 8 and conveyed to a given position and disposed therein.
