    • PURPOSE:To reduce the cost and improve the quality control by forming a step section engaged with a lower floor slab at the lower end of a PC staircase, and a surface joined to an upper floor slab at the upper end, in oblique shapes, and by standardizing them in a fixed standard range. CONSTITUTION:A fixed standard PC staircase 1 is formed by providing a lower floor slab 6 side with an engaging step section 2, and by providing an upper floor slab 7 side with an oblique joined surface 3. Besides, the rear sections of respective stepped path surfaces 4 are provided with nosings 5 higher than the path surfaces 4. After that, the PC staircase 1 is suspended in an oblique shape between the lower floor slab 6 and the upper floor slab 7, and the engaging step section 2 at a lower end is fitted on the scrambling section of the lower floor slab 6, and continuously, the oblique joined surface 3 at an upper end is positioned at the scrambling section of the upper floor slab 7, and step difference is regulated. As a result, the labor of the work of the PC staircase can be saved, and a cost can be reduced.

    • PURPOSE:To shorten the period of construction of connecting outer walls together by making the end portions of both precast concrete outer walls abut to each other, and making a connecting member abut to the reverse faces of both precast concrete outer walls, and fixing the connecting member to both precast concrete outer walls using a fixture. CONSTITUTION:A precast concrete outer wall 21 is made to abut to a predetermined position of a structure and fixed thereto using a fixture and an elastic member 53 is placed on the upper end portion 24 of the precast concrete outer wall 21. The notched portion 37 of a precast concrete outer wall 22 is made to abut to the upper end 26a of the projecting portion 26 of the outer wall 21 and is fixed to a predetermined position of the structure by a fixture. Next a connecting member 23 is made to abut to both the reverse face 25 of the outer wall 21 and the reverse face 36 of the outer wall 22 via rectangular steels 47, 48 and is threadably attached to both reverse faces 25, 36 by respective fixtures 33, 42 and 50, 52 and the notched portion is filled with a calking material 54 so that both outer walls 21, 22 are connected to each other. Both outer walls are thus connected to each other by the connecting member so as to standardize the finish quality of the connecting portion to thereby shorten the construction period of the outer walls.

    • PURPOSE:To make the mold frame dimension easily changeable corresponding to the beam dimension by moving a bearing part to correspond to width of a PC beam and further placing an adjusting member in a concrete placing part to correspond to height of the PC beam, in a set position of a movable mold frame unit. CONSTITUTION:The double mold frame of a bottom mold frame plate 1, central fixed mold frame unit 4 and both side movable mold frame units 9 to provide many set holes 2, 2 with an equal space in upper surface both sides of the bottom mold frame plate 1. A movable mold frame unit 9 is rotatably supported by providing many rotatably supporting holes 8, 8 with a space equal to the set hole 2 in bearing frames 7, 7 protrusively provided in a frame. When the movable mold frame unit 9 is raised by rebanking a set position of a bolt 13 to the corresponding rotatably supporting hole 8 in accordance with width of a PC beam, the movable mold frame unit 9 is displaced in its position by the amount of rebanking and positioned on the bottom mold frame plate 1. Width of double concrete placing parts 14, 14 is ensured by securing the fellow movable mold frame unit 9 to the fixed mold frame unit 4 with a connecting member 6 laterally mounted. Further height of the PC beam is ensured in the concrete placing part by placing therein an adjusting member 17.
