摘要： PURPOSE:To omit labor in exchanging a culture solution and prevent a fear of contamination in the exchanging by rocking a bag pedestal having a culture bag fixed thereto about a vertical shaft and simultaneously replacing the culture solution synchronously with the rocking. CONSTITUTION:A culture bag 17 containing a diaphragm bag 19 housing T cell, IL2, etc., of patients suffering from cancer is placed on a tilted culture bag pedestal 52 and the corners of the bag 17 are fixed with fixing members 53. A motor 43 is then revolved to rotate a rotating shaft 41 through bevel gears 44 and 42 and the pedestal 52 is rocked on an intersecting point of the center line(O1) of a supporting part 50 tilted to the shaft 41 and the center line (O2) of the shaft 41 as the center. A lever 57 held by guide plates 58 is simultaneously driven to rock the pedestal 52 about the vertical shaft. On the other hand, a cam 45 is rotated simultaneously with the rotation of the shaft 41 to turn ON or OFF a microswitch 48. A squeeze pump is driven to introduce a fresh culture medium through a pipe 23 into the bag 17 and the old culture medium is simultaneously discharged through a culture medium discharge pipe 22.

摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain a porous plate through which a liquid can percolate at a high speed and which can be handled easily and has a large contact area by specifying the ratio of the total volume of through holes continuously formed in the state of a threedimensional net to the whole volume of the plate and the ratio of the pores formed in the internal wall of the through holes to the entire pores. CONSTITUTION:A porous plate has through holes which have diameters of >=50nm and are continuously formed in the state of a three-dimensional net and pores which are formed in the internal walls of the through holes and have diameters of 5-300nm. The total volume of the pores is /t and the ratio of the total volume of the through holes to the whole volume of the plate is 20-90%, preferably, 50-80% and the ratio of the pores formed in the internal walls of the through holes to all pores is >=10%, preferably, >=50%. A substantially preferable material of the plate is glass or glass ceramics composed mainly of silica. The reason why the diameters of the through holes are set at 500nm is to reduce the resistance of the holes. In addition, when the diameters of the pores formed in the internal walls of the through holes are =300nm, the mechanical strength of the pores becomes lower.

The same sequence as the base sequence of beta-lactamase I type and II type is chemically synthesized to afford a synthetic nucleotide (B) composed of a sequence group expressed by the formula. The ingredients (A) and (B) and a thermostable DNA polymerase are dissolved in a buffer solution to afford a reaction solution (C). The obtained ingredient (C) is then thermally denatured at about 94 deg.C, subsequently annealed and further subjected to polymerization reaction. The PCR is performed in about 42 cycles to afford an amplified nucleotide fragment (D). The resultant ingredient (D) is then subjected to agarose electrophoresis, etc., to calculate the length of the nucleotide fragment and selectively detect the Bacillus cereus in the specimen.

Then, a labeled substance such as a radioactive isotope is directly bonded to the fragment A to obtain DNA probe (B). Then, the bacterium cells are broken with a bacteriolytic enzyme to collect DNA and the DNA is immobilized on a membrane such as nylon, and an excessive amount of DNA prove (B) is added to form hybrid (C). The non-hybrid probes in (C) are removed by washing and the labeled substance in (C) is measured with a scintillation counter to detect Salmonella.
