摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dishwasher that washes dishes without using any detergent. SOLUTION: The dishwasher 1 has a washing tank 6 wherein water is fed through a first water supply channel 44 and sprays the detergent pooled inside the washing tank 6 onto the dishes placed inside the washing tank 6. An electrolysis unit 30 that forms electrolytic water by electrolyzing the water is connected with a second water supply channel 45 that is connected to an external water supply facility and is linked to the washing tank 6 through a communicating channel 46. Clean water from outside is supplied to an electrolysis vessel 31 of the electrolysis unit 30 to prevent any risk of scraps of food intruding. The electrolysis vessel 31 is filled with water while mixing electrolysis accelerator to the water by a mixing unit 52. The pooled water is electrolyzed to provide concentrated electrolytic water, which is used while diluted. While the electrolytic water is being generated, the dishes are pre-washed and the dirt is evacuated. In the subsequent washing process, the dishes are washed using the electrolytic water to obtain high washing capability. SOLUTION: On the outer wall surface of a water storage tank 6 at the bottom part of a washing chamber 2, an ultrasonic oscillator 30 is tightly adheringly attached by turning an oscillation surface upwards. When a door 3 is closed so as to perform washing, the detergent dropped from a detergent housing recessed part 20 formed on the inner wall surface of the door 3 is dropped right to the upper part of the ultrasonic wave oscillator 30. When the ultrasonic oscillator 30 is operated after the prescribed amount of water is stored at the bottom part of the washing chamber 2, the detergent is quickly dissolved by fine vibration by ultrasonic waves. Thus, since the detergent is dissolved even before a water temperature is sufficiently raised by the heating of a heater 15, high washing ability is obtained.

SOLUTION: An ultrasonic oscillator 30 is mounted at a side wall 103 right below a discharge port 102 extending upward from a pump casing 101. When a washing/draining pump 10 is driven at the time of washing operation, the undissolved detergent flows together with the water sucked from a water storage tank 6 into the pump casing 101 and, therefore, the dissolution of the detergent is promoted by the ultrasonic waves generated from the ultrasonic oscillator 30. The ultrasonic waves partly arrive at the inside of an arm 4 while reflecting within the pump casing 101 and leak outside together with the water injected from a nozzle 5. Then, the peeling of the stain components adhered to tableware is promoted by the very fine vibrations of the ultrasonic waves when the injected water comes into contact with the tableware.
