    • PURPOSE:To recognize the time-sequential change of monitoring data at a glance by temporarily recording the monitoring data in a card memory after the data is allowed to correspond to input time, reading out the recorded data in the card memory and displaying it as a graph time sequentially. CONSTITUTION:A console 12 specifies the number of a controlling process by a sequencer 1 and a recorder 10 receives the monitoring data corresponding to the number of the controlling process specified by the console 12 time sequentially after the data is allowed to correspond to the input time. The monitoring data received by the recorder 10 is recorded in the card memory 20. A read/ write unit 30 writes the monitoring data received by the recorder 10 in the card memory 20 time sequentially after the data is allowed to correspond to the input time and reads out the monitoring data written in the card memory 20. The monitoring data read out by the read/write unit 30 is inputted in a display device 40, which displays the time-sequential change of the monitoring data as the graph where one axis is set as a time axis.

    • PURPOSE:To certainly measure a flow rate over a long period of time in COG containing tar vapor or dust by detecting the deflection of the pressure receiving surface of a measuring pipe by a detection means such as a strain gauge provided at a position not directly in contact with a fluid. CONSTITUTION:A strain gauge 7 is bonded to the outer periphery of the large diameter part 3a of a measuring pipe 3 along the direction parallel to the pipe axis of said measuring pipe 3 and a strain gauge 8 is also bonded to the outside of a flange part 3c along the radius direction thereof. When COG flows through an exhaust flow passage 16, the deflection of the large diameter part 3a and that of the flange part 3c due to the pressure of the COG are detected as the resistance change of the strain gauges 7, 8. Since the strain gauges 7, 8 are subjected to bridge connection, the signal corresponding to the difference in resistance is detected from both terminals of the bridge. Since this difference signal corresponds to the difference (dynamic pressure) between dynamic pressure and the total pressure, by operationally processing said difference by an operation circuit, the flow velocity of the fluid in the pipe is calculated and a flow rate is calculated from said flow velocity and the cross-sectional area of the flow passage at a measuring place.

    • PURPOSE:To achieve a highly efficient packaging operation by mounting on a cart which moves forward and rearward in a direction intersecting nearly perpendicularly to the end face of a cylindrical body, a rotatable stand rotating in a plane intersecting perpendicularly to the moving direction of the cart and by disposing in the rotating plane of the rotatable stand a plurality of correction mechanism, supporting mechanism, gripping mechanism and hold-down mechanism for the packaging material in a radial manner. CONSTITUTION:A packaging material 2 extending beyond the end face of a cylindrical body 10 is sprung up from within by a correction mechanism 50 inserted therein. A supporting mechanism 40 and a gripping mechanism 30 then move downwardly for any distance with the packaging material 2 held near tis edge gently therebetween to provide a sufficient gripping area for the gripping mechanism 30 to strongly grip the pleats of the packaging material 2 and then the supporting mechanism 40 is retracted downwardly. In this condition, an a cart 4 moves forwardly while downwardly rocking the supporting mechanism 40, gripping mechanism 30 and a hold-down mechanism 20, the gripping mechanism 30 tilts toward the axis of the cylinder body 10 to inwardly fold the packing material 2 with a plurality of pleats thereon and thereafter as the rotatable stand rotates through only a predetermined angle with the packaging material 2 held down by the hold-down mechanism 20, the hold-down mechanism 20 rotates while retaining the pleats and holds the packaging material 2 into a close contact with the end face of the cylindrical body, thereby improving the packing efficiency.
