    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely prevent unexpected opening of an opening/closing door due to vibration and an impact during running of a vehicle, even when a substance having a high lock strength is not used in the lock member of the opening/closing door. SOLUTION: A spacer 4, making contact with the upper end face of a lower opening/closing door 3, is situated on the lower end face of an upper opening/ closing door 2, and a space 4 making contact with the upper end face of the front opening edge of a cold insulation cabinet body 1 is situated on the lower end face of the lower opening/closing door 3. For this constitution, even when vibration and an impact during running of a vehicle are applied, the opening/ closing doors 2 and 3 are prevented from the occurrence of vertical movement, unexpected release of the locking of lock members 2b and 3b due to the vibration and impacts are prevented from occurring.

SOLUTION: An insulating container body 1 whose front surface is open is provided with a machine chamber 1a at one side surface side and accommodates refrigerating equipment for cooling the inside of the insulating container in the machine chamber 1a. Then, an opening/closing door 2 for opening or closing the upper portion of the front surface of the insulating container body 1 connects the left end part to the insulating container body 1 by a plurality of hinges 2a, is rotated with each of the hinge 2a as a center, and is opened from the right side of the insulating container body 1. Also, in the opening/ closing door 2, the height from the lower end of the insulating container body 1 is formed at the upper portion of the side wall of the loading platform of a vehicle, thus bringing the front surface side of the insulating container body 1 closer to the side wall of the loading platform of the vehicle.

The linearly extending pin is inserted into the oval guide hole of the rotor arm and the circular hole of the swash plate arm, the rotor is composed of the aluminum alloy material, and a bush comprising a steel alloy material covering the contact part between the surface of the oval guide hole of the rotor arm and the swash arm of the rotor arm is press-fitted in the rotor arm.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a deterioration of the strength of a joint between an insulating container body and a machine room and to mount the container body on the bed of a car in a stable manner by providing a leg member extending from the underside of the container body to the underside of the machine room. SOLUTION: The on-vehicle insulating container comprises an insulating container body 1, an upper portion open/closure door 2, and a lower portion open/closure door 3. On the underside of the body 1, a front and rear leg members 4, in pairs, are joined to the underside of the body 1 and the underside of a machine room 1b respectively by means of bolts or welding. The container body is fixed onto a bed of a small truck; however, since the container body is supported by the leg members extending from the underside of the body 1 to the underside of the machine room 1b, forces due to the self-weight of the container itself or the vibration or shock, when the truck is running, are not applied to the joining part between the body 1 and the machine room 1b. Thus, the deterioration of the strength of a joint between the container body and the machine room can be prevented and at the same time the container can be always mounted on a bed of a car in a stable manner.

SOLUTION: An insulating container body 1 whose front surface is open is provided with a machine chamber 1a at one side surface side and accommodates refrigerating equipment for cooling the inside of the insulating container in the machine chamber 1a. Then, an opening/closing door 2 for opening or closing the upper portion of the front surface of the insulating container body 1 connects the lower end part to the upper end side of a front surface plate 3 by a plurality of hinges 2a, and is provided so that it can be rotated at least by 90 deg. from the upper side of the insulating container body 1 with each of the hinges 2a as a center. Also, in the opening/closing door 2, the height from the lower end of the insulating container body 1 is formed at the upper portion of the side wall of the loading platform of a vehicle, thus bringing the front surface side of the insulating container body 1 closer to the side wall of the loading platform of the vehicle.

In the cold-insulation room thus constructed, the condenser 5 and the unit base 14 are unitarily connected to each other by a connecting frame. Accordingly, since the condenser 5 can be connected by welding the refrigerant pipes 18 before mounting the condenser 5 and the unit base 14 on the ceiling, welding work becomes simple.
