CONSTITUTION:In a device provided with a plurality of diversion works 4 on a pipe water passage 3 branched from a main line pipe water passage 1, an opening regulating valve 6 is provided in the pipe water passage 3, a pressure difference regulating main valve 7 is provided downstream therefrom. A pilot valve 13 for detecting the difference between front and rear pressures in the opening regulating valve 6 is provided in the pipe water passage 3, in such a manner as defouwing the opening regulating valve 6 a driving device 16 having a retreating piston is operated in either one of normal and reverse directions by switching operation of the pilot valve 13 while utilizing the water pressure difference between upper and lower streams of the pressure difference regulating main valve 7 so as to opening/closing control the pressure difference regulating main valve 7. Namely, when the flow amount in a pipe water passage 3 is increased excessively and the pressure difference in the opening regulating valve 6 is increased, control is carried out so as to close the pressure difference regulating main valve 7 by the driving device 16.

    • PURPOSE:To easily adjust the flow rate of a pipe passage by indicating an arrow mark on either one of the outer periphery side face of a disc case or the side face of a large-size internal gear exposed running from the inner periphery to the outside and a scale for an opening on the other. CONSTITUTION:The outer edge of a large-size internal gear side face 46 which is larger than the outer periphery side face 45 of a disc case 41 is exposed to the outside of the case, and a scale 48 is indicated on the exposed portion. On the other hand, an arrow mark 47 is indicated near the surface outer edge of the outer periphery side face 45 of the disc case 41. Because the position of the arrow mark remains uncharged, the movement of the scale 48 for the opening indicated on the periphery outside is a direct indication for the opening as it is. In a gloomy valve room, it is relatively easily identified with eye observation even when set up at the lower bottom and less misunderstood than usual, so that the flow rate of a pipe passage can be accurately managed.

CONSTITUTION: An orifice flowmeter is composed of a conduit body 1 wherein an arched orifice plate 2 whose plate cross section does not comprise a plate- shaped edge is formed in the conduit body 1 and fluid splitting ports 3, 6 are formed on the upstream side and the downstream side of the arched orifice plate and of a flowmeter which measures the flow rate of splitting fluids via the fluid splitting ports. The arched orifice plate is formed in such a way that its thickness is at 20% or lower of the inside diameter of a conduit, that it is inserted from the transverse direction of the conduit so as to be installed and fixed and that the opening area ratio of a flow passage is at about 0.6 to about 0.8, and the flowmeter which measures the flow rate of the splitting fluids is a flowmeter 5 which does not comprise a moving part in the flow passage.

    • PURPOSE:To make possible arbitrary time controlling from the time when a discharge valve opens until it closes by providing a specific regulating tank in continuation to the secondary pressure acting chamber side, in a strainer device with a mechanism for automatically discharging deposited foreign matter, for agricultural industry. CONSTITUTION:A foreign matter deposits in the strainer, the pressure difference between the primary and secondary pressure acting chambers 10, 11 increases and when this rises above the force of a spring 15, a diaphragm 12 moves left. Then, a discharge valve opens to discharge the deposited foreign matter, whilst a communicating hole 7 is closed and the pressure in the chamber 10 does not drop rapidly. The pressure in the chamber 11 drops rapidly as the communicating holes 8 opens and the fluid flowed down into an auxiliary pilot chamber 37 is forced into a regulating tank 39. It is successively stored in the tank 39 by setting the sectional area of a passage 38 and a discharge port 44 at S2>S5. After a certain time, a spherical body 45 is floated and after the opening 42 is closed, the sealed chamber state is created because the discharge rate of the port 44 is small, then the chambers 10, 11 restore the same pressure and the spring 15 acts to close the discharge valve. If the volume of the chamber 39 is changed, the opening time of the discharge valve is regulated.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correctly know a flow a rate of a conduit main body, a bypass conduit, by setting a valve equipped with a valve indictator in the conduit main body and adjusting a conduit diameter and valve travel correspondingly to irrigation periods in winter and summer. SOLUTION: A valve 2 having a valve indicator 5 is set at a conduit main body 1 of a diameter fit for the summer irrigation The valve travel of a penetrating path 11 constituted of an inflow and an outflow ports 8', 8" at the upstream and downstream sides to the valve 2 is adjusted by a valve body 9. The valve body 9 is moved up or down by the rotation or reverse of a handle 12, thereby opening or closing the path 11 and regulating a flow rate of the path 11. A flow rate of the main body 1 is eventually adjusted. The valve travel of the valve 2 is correctly displayed by the valve indicator 5. Meanwhile, a bypass conduit 3 of a diameter fit for the winter irrigation is set, which connects fluid branch ports 6, 7 at the upstream and downstream sides. A flowmeter 4 is set in the bypass conduit 3. Even when the path 11 is closed by 1/3 of a predetermined valve travel in summer, the flow rate is reduced by approximately merely 3% owing to the bypass conduit 3 in comparison with when the path 11 is fully open, not hindering the water from passing. The flow rate can be obtained simple and correctly through a displayed scale of the flowmeter 4 or the like every time the valve travel is adjusted.
