A pilot valve 13 for detecting the difference between front and rear pressures in the opening regulating valve 6 is provided in the pipe water passage 3, in such a manner as defouwing the opening regulating valve 6 a driving device 16 having a retreating piston is operated in either one of normal and reverse directions by switching operation of the pilot valve 13 while utilizing the water pressure difference between upper and lower streams of the pressure difference regulating main valve 7 so as to opening/closing control the pressure difference regulating main valve 7. Namely, when the flow amount in a pipe water passage 3 is increased excessively and the pressure difference in the opening regulating valve 6 is increased, control is carried out so as to close the pressure difference regulating main valve 7 by the driving device 16.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve watertightness of a connection girder weir using a weir body constituted of a plurality of cross girders and a water-barrior curtain stuck on the one face, and aim enlargement of the weir. SOLUTION: The lower part of a weir body lined with a flexible water- barrior curtain 11b on one face of a plurality of cross members is fixedly secured onto the bottom of a waterway so as to arrange the water-barrior curtain on the upper stream side of the waterway, a door stop 12a supporting both edges of the lower stream side face of the weir body is projected in the waterway, and a drum contacted with the water-barrior curtain 11b is elevatably provided. A supporting point is provided on the upper stream side of the lower part of the weir body, and the upper end of the weir body is tensely provided from this supporting point. A taper part 13b is formed on the end part of the drum, a water stop part 12b is formed on the door stop 12a, and the edge part of the water-barrior curtain is insertedly fitted between the taper part and the tapered water stop part. Hereby, watertightness is kept even if the weir body is elevatably moved. Further, force applied to the drum becomes small, so as to make enlargement possible.

CONSTITUTION:A siphon 9 is formed in a door body 8 of a roller gate 3 together as a unit, a rubber weir 4 having a rubber coated fabric bag body 4a is provided to the lower stream of the gate 3, a water pipe 13 guiding running water of the upper stream of the gate to the inside of the bag body 4a is provided to a river-bed 1c, at the same time, an upper stream inlet of the water pipe 13 is positioned at the approximately backwater height of the rubber weir 4, an inlet 9a of the siphon 9 is placed to the upper part of the upper stream side of the door body 8, and an outlet 9c of the siphon 9 is positioned in the backwater constructed by the rubber weir 4. When the water level of the upper stream is raised by shutting the gate 3, the rubber weir 4 stands up, and when the water level is further raised, the water overflows, and it flows down with great force to maintain the water in a certain level. The running water is stored in the rubber weir 4, and the running water from the gate 3 is discharged in the water to control the generation of hydraulic jump. When the gate 3 is pulled up in the case of a flood, there is no difference between internal and external pressure of the bag body 4a, and the rubber weir 4 falls down.

    • PURPOSE:To increase the temperature of the processing and production part of an agricultural production and agricultural product processing facility regardless of an outside air temperature through recovery of heat energy of waste gas. CONSTITUTION:A ventilation pipe 7 and a branch pipe 8a are located in parallel between a dust collecting device 3 and a compost house l and a mixing device 9 is arranged between the ends, on the suction part side of the compost house 1, of the branch pipes 7 and 8a and an air feed pipe 11a and a vaporizer 6a of a heat pump 6 is arranged so that gas in the ventilation pipe 7 can be cooled and a condenser 6c is such that the gas in the mixing device 9 is heated. A part of waste gas from the compost house 1 is cooled by the vaporizer 6a and a total of gas returned to the compost house 1 is heated by a condenser 6c and therefore, even when waste gas is cooled to temperature sufficiently lower than that of outside air, temperature after heating is not increased to a value higher than necessary, and the efficiency of a heat pump is maintained at an excellent value. By increasing a difference between the temperature of taking-in outside air and that of waste gas, a sufficient quality of heat can be supplied from the outside. Thereby, the temperature of compost is increased to excellently progress fermentation.

With the arrangement, air is mixed into waste gas to yield mixed gas which mixed gas is in turn returned to the air supply pipe 12a of the passage 2a and the heating chamber 10, so that thermal energy of waste gas is recovered and hereby dissipation of the same is limited to a minimum.

CONSTITUTION:In a gate 1 in which a float 7 is interlocked with a gate body 3, a valve body 12, which closes either of an opening, through which the inside of a float chamber 6 is communicated to an upper stream waterway, and an outflow port 9, through which the inside of a float chamber 6 is communicated to an down stream waterway, is fixed to a rod 11. A down-stream-water-level- detecting-float 14 is installed in the rod 11 at a side of the valve body 12, and vertical movement of the rod 11 is restricted by a cam mechanism 16 fixed to the side wall. In addition, the rod 11 is interlocked with an upper-stream- water-level-detecting-float 38. With this, the outflow port 9 can be installed at a low position, and the range of vertical movement of the float 7 can be widened. Thus, the float can be miniaturized, and the responsiveness can be improved. In addition, the return of the gate 1 after a flood can automatically be made with the aid of the upper-stream-water-level-detecting-float 38.

    • PURPOSE:To allot a portion of a dust removing work to each of a plurality of gates for simplifying the dust removing work. CONSTITUTION:A bypass water channel bypassing a gate 5 is provided beside the gate 5 installed in a water channel 1, and a shielding plate 8 forming a vertical part 8a extending from under the water above a water face and a water leading part 8b which is connected to the lower end of the vertical part 8a and bent toward an upstream side is provided on the upstream side of the gate 5 so as to obliquely cross the water channel 1 with the one end of the shielding plate 8 arranged at the flow-in port of the bypass water channel 7 and its other end arranged on the opposite bank on the upstream side. The shielding plate 8 exposes a part of the vertical part 8a in the air, and the depth of the submerged part of the shielding plate 8 is set up to be less than a half of the depth of water. The shielding plate 8 only leads dirt to the bypass water channel 7, and the dirt exceeding a fixed quantity flows downstream, and dust removing work can be uniformly carried out at each gate. In addition, since a float 10 is stuck to the downstream side of the shielding plate 8 to form a vertically movable guide, the shielding plate 8 can ascend and descend surely according to the fluctuation of water level to catch the flowing clown dirt.
