    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate gaps between emitted beams on a convergence line, to eliminate a need of a memory for correcting the gaps between emitted beams B, and to be adaptive to even an outer surface exposure system and a plane scanning system. SOLUTION: A shaking multi-beam recorder is provided with a plurality of light sources 15 zigzag arranged in a plurality of arrays, a plurality of converging optical systems 17 which has emission optical paths determined so that emitted beams from all the light sources 15 may converge on a convergence line L of a line on a recording medium 4, and shaking means 18 and 19 which relatively shake at least one of the light sources 15 and the converging optical systems 17 in the direction of the convergence line. Consequently, gaps between emitted beams B are eliminated on the convergence line L. A memory for correcting the gaps between emitted beams B is made unnecessary.
