    • PURPOSE:To provide a sheet material carrying passage switching device by which the device can be downsized and efficiency can be increased and the cost can be reduced and a deflecting claw does not swing when a sheet material is carried and a carry is not hindered since a flaw, an edge fold or the like are caused on the tip of the sheet material. CONSTITUTION:Plural bins to distributively house a sheet material 11 and a single tray to house the sheet material 11 are provided, and a link device 13 formed of a bent lever 2 and an arm 5 rotated by a driving means 9 and a pulling-back member is provided at a branching-off point of a sheet material carrying passage so that the sheet material 11 is distributed to the plural bin sides or the tray. The bent lever 2 of a sheet material carrying passage switching device 1 having a deflecting claw 4 to rotate by being installed on the arm 5 is formed in a bending shape, and the bending center is rotatably pivoted by a support shaft 2a, and when the sheet material 11 is carried to the deflecting claw 4 and external force is applied to the link device 13 by the sheet material 11 through the deflecting claw 4 and the moment acts, this moment is received by the support shaft 2a, so that the deflecting claw 4 does not swing.

Further, the cover 22c and the 1st hinge slider 22 are formed as one body.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a sheet bundle end part from forming a wedge shape to improve arrangement accuracy, by setting an angle of a paper discharge tray having two tilted surfaces between a tilted surface, near to a rising part and the rising part of the other tilted surface into larger than a right angle. SOLUTION: A paper discharge tray, fitted to the paper discharge part of a picture image forming device, has a rising part 1, for supporting a paper, discharged on a lower end side to be freely dropped, and a tilted surface 2 composed of first and second tilted surfaces 2a and 2b. In this case, the setting is made so as to satisfy the relation of ψ2 >ψ1 , where ψ1 and ψ2 : the respective tilted angles of the first and second tilted surfaces 2a and 2b. Also, an angle θ1 , formed of the rising part 1 and the first tilted surface 2a, is made larger than a right angle, and an angle θ2 , formed of the rising part 1 and the second tilted surface 2b, is made a right angle. Consequently, when many sheets are stacked along the tilted surface 2, the angle, formed of a sheet bundle and the rising part 1, can be formed nearly the right angle, thereby correctly and properly arranging the sheet end surfaces instead forming a wedge shape.

    • PURPOSE:To provide a sheet aligning device capable of surely aligning the side ends of sheets at a high speed by preventing the tip side corner of a sheet having small elasticity or a downward bent kink from being suppressed for the movement to the sheet side end butt plate side due to the friction with a sheet rear end butt plate when the side end of the sheets aligned with the rear end on a sheet shelf is pressed by a sheet pressing member for aligning the side end. CONSTITUTION:An aligning plate 1a is moved in the direction of an arrow B in a through groove 2d bored on a sheet discharge tray 2, it presses the side end of the recording sheets discharged in the direction of an arrow A on the sheet discharge tray 2 by sheet discharge rollers 5, colliding with a rear end butt plate 2a, and aligned with the rear end, then the recording sheets are moved in the direction of the arrow B. The angle 8 between the contact face with the recording sheets of the aligning plate 1a aligning the side end via the collision with a side butt plate 2b and the butt face of the rear end butt plate 2a is made an obtuse angle, and the buckling near the recording sheet corner on the sheet side end butt plate side due to the friction force between the recording sheets and the rear end butt plate 2a is prevented.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply carry out correction work of a skew in a short period of time by furnishing an adjusting mechanism to position a main body at an optional position of a picture image formation device by oscillating it in the longitudinal direction of the picture image formation device around one side of an opening and closing mechanism as its fulcrum and arranging an operation part of the adjusting mechanism in the rear of the other side of the opening and closing mechanism. SOLUTION: A main body 8a is oscillated in the longitudinal direction of a copying machine around a caulking shaft 64c as its fulcrum. A fitting part 68 is projected on an end part of a hinge bracket 61, that is, on the rear side of the copying machine, and an operation part (adjusting screw) 69 is screwed on the fitting part 68. A head end part of the adjusting screw 69 makes contact with a projection 57a formed on a third bracket 57, and the adjusting screw 69 is adjusted from the rear of the copying machine. Consequently, it is possible to move the hinge bracket 61 to the front side of the copying machine on which energizing force of a spring 66 works or to the rear side of the copying machine against energizing force of the spring 66 with the main body 8a.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the storage efficiency by distributing punch refuse from a paper sheet punching device in a punch refuse storage means in an approximately uniform manner by a guide means to realize gentle inclination of the deposition surface of punch refuse. SOLUTION: A full condition detection hole 18 is provided at the position away from the dropping position of punch refuse 15 in a storage box 17 by the prescribed distance, and when punch refuse 15 is approximately full, a part in the vicinity of the middle lower than the top of the deposited punch refuse 15 is detected by a full condition detection sensor 19. The position of the full condition detection hole 18 is set so that the deposition of the collected punch refuse 15 is approximately equal to the inner volume of the storage box 17. The storage box is box-shaped with its bottom side flat, and attachable/ detachable to/from a whole paper sheet post-treatment device 2. When the full condition of the punch refuse 5 is detected, the storage box is taken out of a guide provided in the paper sheet treatment device, and after the punch refuse 15 stored therein are disposed, the storage box can be re-mounted at the original position of the paper sheet post-treatment device.
