摘要： PURPOSE:To facilitate mounting process and improve dynamic performance and workability by mounting a circumferentially successive reinforcing material on a specified section from the top of a steel pipe of one pillar-one pile foundation construction in which a steel pipe provided with internal projections is used as a pile steel pipe. CONSTITUTION:In a one pillar-one pile foundation construction in which a steel pipe provided with internal projections is used as a pile steel pipe 1, a band-type reinforcing material 6 or a ring-type reinforcing material being successive in the circumferential direction of the pile steel pipe 1, is provided in a section Y less than one-half of the embedding length L of a pillar steel frame 4 from the top end of the pile steel pipe 1. Further, a spacer 8 made of styrene foam, etc., is sticked on the whole inside peripheral surface of a section L0 which corresponds to the length L or more. Then, concrete 3 is placed into the pile steel pipe 1, and after hardening the concrete, the concrete 3 in the section L0 is removed and the spacer 8 is also removed. The pillar steel frame 4 is then inserted and fixed, and concrete 3 is loaded between the pile steel pipe 1 and the pillar steel frame to complete the construction.

摘要： PURPOSE: To prevent destruction by tensile strength and enhance a vertical supporting force by forming the tip of an existing pile at the depth of embedment in the shape of a cone of at most a specified angle or a conical trapezoid and injecting a foot protection liquid into an excavated hole and pressing a pile thereinto. CONSTITUTION: The tip 4 of an excavated hole 3 is formed in the shape of a cone whose conical angle θ is at most 120 degrees or a conical trapezoid. A foot protection liquid, such as cement milk is injected into the hole, thereby forming a foot protection part 1. Then, an existing pile 2 is pressed in and cured. A vertical component of a ground reaction force, which acts on the tip of the pile as compression stress, maintains an area inside the tip of the pile in a compression stress state and prevents the generation of tensile stress. This construction makes it possible to enhance the structural strength of the pile and obtain a high vertical supporting force.

摘要： PURPOSE: To prevent destruction attributable to tensile stress, and enhance a bearing power in the vertical direction by forming the tip of a pile hole whose tip is expanded on the bottom in a conical shape of at most a specified angle, a conical trapezoid or substantially hemi-spherical (egg like) shape. CONSTITUTION: An expanded bottom 3 is installed to a shaft 2 of an excavated hole while a cone angle θ of a tip 4 is formed at 120 deg. where concrete is filled up, thereby forming a concrete pile 1. the tip 4 may be shaped up like a conical trapezoid or a substantially hemi-sphere. A direct component of a ground reaction which acts on the tip of the pile as a compression stress keeps the end area of the pile in a compression stress state, thereby preventing the generation of a tensile stress and protecting the tip area from being destructed by the tensile stress. This construction makes it possible to enhance structural strength and obtain a high vertical bearing power.

摘要： PURPOSE:To raise vibration-insulating effect by providing a vertical vibration- insulating wall in the advancing direction of vibration under the ground in such a way that the rigidity in the advancing direction of vibration is increased whereas the rigidity in the vertical direction is reduced. CONSTITUTION:A vibration source 10 is placed on the left side of an object 20 to be protected from vibration and a vibration-insulating wall 2 made of an anisotropic material is provided on the intermediate between the object 20 and the source 10. Vibration energy of vibration of the source 10 is interrupted by the wall 2 in such a way as to enable very small amounts of only permeation waves to reach the object 20. Also, the rigidity (Young's modulus) in the vertical direction to the anisotropic wall 2 is increased whereas the shearing rigidity in the horizontal direction to the wall 2 and also in the vertical direction is reduced in such a way as to enable it to withstand the earth pressure. The propagation of vibration to objects to be protected from vibration can thus be prevented with high efficiency by reflecting vibration such as volume waves and shearing waves.

CONSTITUTION:A soil cement column 1 is formed in the ground and a steel tubular pile 3 is constructed in the column 1. In this case, projections 4 are formed over almost whole length of the periphery of the pile 3 and projections 4a are also formed on the inner surface of the tip of the pile 3. The closing effect and horizontal resistance of the pile tip can thus be enhanced and the frictional resistance of the pile can also be raised. The strength of the supporting pile can thus be effectively utilized by the soil cement construction work.

Thereafter, coil cement 4, which is produced such that cement is mixed in excavated residual soil, is placed in the steel pipe 3. This enables disposal of sediment on the hole bottom to be completed in a first process, permits simplification of driving of the pile, and allows for effective utilization of excavated residual soil, resulting in reduction of an amount of disposed waste.

The pile head can withstand increasing horizontal forces, the bending moment of the pile head due to displacement of the ground can be suppressed to a minimum, and the bonding strength between the steel tube and the concrete portion can be increased.
