    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the production efficiency of a molding with respect to a lamination forming device.
      SOLUTION: The lamination forming device 1 includes: a powder layer forming part 4 feeding material 3 to a shaping plate 23 so as to form a powder layer 31; and a light beam irradiation part 5 wherein the prescribed part of the powder layer 31 is irradiated with a light beam L to melt and solidify the powder layer 31 so as to form a solidified layer 32. The powder layer forming part 4 includes: a chamber 43 which has a window 44 allowing the light beam L to pass through, on the upper surface, and whose lower part is opened to cover the powder layer 31; and a gas feed opening for an inert gas performing the removal of fume in the chamber 43 and the treatment of window cleaning. The chamber 43 has a movement plate 45 for pressing-out fume. The volume of the part holding the fume in the chamber 43 is made small by the movement of the movement plate 45, thus the removal of the fume and window cleaning can be swiftly performed, and the production efficiency of the molding is improved.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminating shaping apparatus capable of dealing with the production of a laminated shaped product with high precision, and further capable of dealing with the miniaturization of the apparatus. The laminate shaping apparatus comprises a base 11, in which a powder layer and a cured layer are formed on its upper surface side, a lifting/lowering frame 12, which surrounds the outer periphery of the base and can be vertically moved against the base, and lifting/lowering drive means for vertically moving the lifting/lowering frame. The powder layer is provided in an upper space of the base surrounded by the inner peripheral surface of the lifting/lowering frame. In the molding area of each powder layer 21, a molding area for molding is assigned preliminarily to each light beam L, and the irradiation section 5 is made to carry out scanning data sequences for individual molding areas at the same time, with each of the scanning data sequences carried out in order, so as to mold a three-dimensionally shaped molding through these parallel operations.
