At the time of printing, a solder 15 on the screen mask 3 is locally heated, and the temperature on the solder 15 is raised. The heated solder 15 increases fluidity and fills open holes of the screen mask 3 without any clearance. Since the screen mask 3 and the base plate 6 and the air surrounding these are maintained in low temperature, the filling solder is rapidly cooled down to the temperature at which snap-off can be possible.
