摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk device in which the time required for conveying a disk to each of a plurality of disk drives can be reduced.SOLUTION: A disk drive includes: a plurality of magazines having a magazine tray for accommodating a plurality of disks; a plurality of disk drives for recording or reproducing information with respect to the disks; a picker for drawing a magazine tray from one magazine selected out of the plurality of magazines so as to convey the magazine tray to the vicinities of the plurality of disk drives; and a disk separation supply unit for holding the plurality of disks accommodated in the magazine tray in the vicinity of the disk drive, and separating at least one disk out of the plurality of held disks, so as to the separated disk to the disk drive.
